Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We utilize Roto-Rooter to flush out the principal lines in my shopping centers many times a year. They consistently do a fantastic job and give me a wonderful discount for using them. This firm is strongly recommended by me.

I was able to schedule an appointment that is internet day. Mark told me that he had been 30 minutes off giving me time to plan. He was professional and courteous and showed up in time. Fixed my kitchen drain. Excellent customer services. Six month guarantee on the job and at a reasonable price.

Reise from Roto-Rooter arrived now and ran 75 feet of snake to clean my clogged kitchen sink drain. Why such a evaluation? I tried to unclog it myself using several methods such as a snake with no luck. Additionally, I paid somebody. After no success, they suggested next step will be to tear up my basement's ceiling drywall to replace the whole 3" 60+feet of pipe!?!?
Well, Reise gave my plumbing problems focus clarified the procedure and worked hard to fix the issue. Thing Reise was clever about the project and what had to be carried out. Thank you Roto-Rooter!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience! Our upstairs bathroom had a bad leak they came and"fixed it" a couple months later SAME difficulty happened and they maintained it is our fault as when we get out of the shower we trickle to much water out of the bathtub!?!? They bring back those big fan blower for the bathroom and reunite and heat the house!!!! up And another one strayed leaking water into our brand new flooring!!!!!! When calling that afternoon telling them , they stated they'd arrive involving 9-12pm never came!!! We're done with you men!

My exp. Wasn't so sexy, had an appt that kept getting pushed back and eventually became a show.We ended up going with another business the following day.
Second time I called to get an ETA and had been told I'd no When we finally got that snafu figured out, they sent somebody out asap, which was great, aside from the fact they shipped specialists out for a routine plumbing job (that I explained it clearly was on the dispatchers).So not just did this muck up waste my time, but the bad fellas that came over as well.Very soon after I had an actual plumber emerge Burim#4326 and he had been wonderful.He was thorough and friendly and did a fantastic job with minimal mess.Price seemed somewhat steep (400 to mend one leaky pipe, in the wall but easily accessible)but I know that isn't the techs mistake, he doesn't set the costs. :/

Had a shower pipe leak issue; rotorooter tech, Andrew #2729 came promptly with the right tools (electric drain cleaner) and fixed the pipe block based leak issue, he took the time to explain the work. I appreciate his honesty and knowledge.

They rescheduled my appt for the next day and sent Mike #2080 who came gave us a very fair quote to. He did an awesome job in a way that is timely.
My mother and I were visiting with . First appt was for Sunday. Was pushed back due to rain and other customer emergencies. No worries my difficulty was not an emergency. We had a cast iron drain that obviously needed to be replaced. We'd called plumbing companies in the region that wouldn't give me a quote would just say it cost a great deal of cash. Seemed they didn't want to touch it.

Felipe came outside to address my pipe jolt. He was exceptionally favorable to me and my puppies and very helpful . He was very instructive and professional for how I need to handle my plumbing. I have roots in my own lines. He was honest and didn't exaggerate matters to force me to select for solutions for to fix 25, I'd have to save up. Glad I used this business, as their prices are reasonable compared to other places that I called.

He uttered a gold ring, wedding ring and my diamond engagement ring given to me by my dead dad, in addition to a watch. Of the rings were looped onto the ring of my watch. It is obvious that he took them since he had been the only other man that went into the toilet that day (besides my husband). Knowing he uttered them, I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and that I tore apart my house. I called Roto Rooter and the only real thing the manager said was"I am sorry we can not do anything. Do NOT go with Roto Rooter. They are expensive and their employees aren't trustworthy. I am just thankful that he just stole jewelry. I feel violated that I let someone into my home that would steal from me. The worst part is that the company did NOTHING to make up for the missing jewelry.
I'd Rudy Tech#1918 come to my home to fix a toilet in the master bath. He came out and went into the bathroom and said my toilet was leaking and it might cost $350 to get a new wax ring. I said no thanks and he abandoned (with my jewelry).

A rude horrible experience!!! While I was in the office our kitchen sink stopped up and backed up water into the dishwasher and onto the floor. I saw that there were comments about Roto-Rooter charging around $250 for such a ceremony. I called and they said the cost is set by the technician. The guy came out, was rude to my wife, specify a cost of $435, when he saw her response reduced it to $395. We will nevercall Roto-Rooter again for whatever except to honor the guarantee on this work. The technician did not listen to my wife as she was likely to ask whether he had a shop vac that was stronger, he left and just ignored her. A service by dreadful people. I give 2 stars so this review stays posted. This was a dreadful experience.

We had a clog in our bathtub. I had been happy to understand Roto-Rooter could come out. Guillermo #2909 cleared up everything in a couple of minutes and came to the rescue, and afterwards he gave us suggestions for keeping things. I would strongly suggest Roto-Rooter!

We called to get a sensed clog in our upstairs toilet (s) which was draining through the ceiling into our family room. They sent someone out who charged $650 to get a two hour of our master toilet. He tried to sell us in their cleaning side of the business starting at $1000 for cutting out the drywall, sanitizing and drying it. He could not tell me what caused the clog or where it was used phrases such as"I think I got it. 3 days later we had water pouring through our family room ceiling. When we called to complain we were informed that he was not a plumber, but a drain tech. We got a drain tech and called to get a plumber and that he did not even resolve the problem. The problem was the toilet that sits directly over the place in the ceiling which has been leaking, not the toilet in the master the drain tech pulled off. When it arrived off the pipe was blocked. The service in this company is terrible and not worth the money charged. Avoid using them no matter what. They don't charge by the hour, but the job. They will come out and evaluate the matter, then provide a bill to you. It disguised as a commission. Do not fall for this!

Today started off needing to make the call to have somebody come out and look at my water heater. If somebody needed to tell me it needed replacing I am glad it was Kyle (3269) and Howard (4285)! They were professional. Powerful, worked all while being respectful and friendly. They didn't attempt to up-sale me and were fair patiently demonstrating my son I to relight the pilot light as it was wet today, and cleaning everything up even the floor. I told them they were welcome back anytime as long as no bill was included!! Their staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

We had lots of options to select from for the appointment. In fact, the day had no issues and of the appointment, we had to shift it back by an hour due to a battle. We were given a 2 hour window. He called 30 mins before arrival and arrived by directly on time.
He made sure that the drain was with any issues and was extremely thorough with all the service. Before he left he washed the entire area up, you'd never know he was there.
Highly suggested. Plumbers that are Superior are hard to find.
Great experience with Roto-Rooter. We live in St. Charles. Bill S (#2986) came out and helped us out with our backed up drain line from our laundry area. That is a recurring problem we had another company out for 2 months before, so we're pleased to report that the problem is solved.
My spouse was here when Bill arrived and he made her feel quite comfortable. He helped her answered her questions and understand the matter and answers. No pressure whatsoever to complete the service after giving his quote, which was better to us.

We'd harold come and install two taps in our toilets. He was promlt, practitioner, and did a fantastic job. The only issue we had is procing. I cant believe it cost $542.50 to get an hours worth of work. Its a little mad.

Chris was our technician for the evening and that he explained what we needed to do as a homeowner what the problems were. Very professional and knowledgeable.

We had an emergency plumbing issue that needed attention . Backed up water has been pouring from our kitchen sink and also our room looked like Lake Michigan. We called around to 10 different plumbing companies and everyone was booked due to rain that was high volumes daily. Roto-Rooter put us onto a waiting list in case something opened up. Grant # 3176, luckily, was working and took an extra call towards the end of his change. He managed to professionally and quickly fix from rodding it out our kitchen sink drain. He also offered recommendations for how frequently our condo association should have the procedure done. We're so lucky that our difficulty was serviced by him. Thanks Grant!

We continued to do this when turned off thus it turned off in the meter, that was late in the day and had a gas shut off valve that leaked. Roto Rooter was phoned by me and asked service. Armion told me what he needed to perform and replaced with the valve, turned to the gas and made certain the gas water heater and furnace were lit before he left, and the stove worked. He also took care to use protective booties over his shoes. He was professional and knowledgeable. He is an advantage to the company, Thank you Armion! I would recommend him technician #601 for service to friends and family.
