We also called Ferrari about our shower drain, Because this season is your year of things breaking. I tried the gadget for pulling out hair as well as many YouTube remedies before hubby made the telephone (do you find a theme here?) . Anyhow they had a fantastic appointment time and came out and were able to repair it.
I expect there are no more visits for awhile, but if something breaks the amount is in my connections, since we only got a brand new roof this season!
Ferrari has put into a hot water heater, new garbage disposal and repaired our shower since we've been in this home. The service is great!
We've had two problems. First problem was that our garbage disposer. Me being the cheapskate who hoarded my holiday days, I just worked around it. I moved out if town and known as Ferrari and hubby had to take care of it. A disposal was set up on what NOT to put in the disposal and he had been given thorough instructions.

Very professional and explained everything that had to be done and why. They did an superb job. I highly recommend and would use them again for any plumbing work that is upcoming.

Is wonderful. We've had them fix plumbing problems, leaks, installed fresh water heaters, mended burst pipes... The quality of the job is the best of any business I have ever hires within my life of home possession.

Ferrari Plumbing was totally fantastic. They could adapt reserve and my schedule a same-day appointment to get a wobbly toilet. James and wes did a great job explaining everything they do to fix it and checking the situation. They were clear about the charges. I'd use Ferrari Plumbing again!

Grossly overpriced and performing tasks. On 2 occasions their estimates were a few hundred dollars over 3 other opponents.

I've used Ferrari Plumbing once to clean a long drain pipe, and after to replace some aluminum pipe and fix a vanity drain. Both times Wes was professional, clarified what he was doing and why, and did work. When he says that he will, and doesn't mess around, he shows up. I recommend Ferrari Plumbing.

Wes was scheduled us and very responsive. He managed to quickly troubleshoot and fix a leak that had been misdiagnosed by two other professionals. Easy and pleasant to work with, when any plumbing that is additional problems crop up, and we'd use him . Highly recommended!

I have utilized Ferrari Plumbing on a number of events and every experience was great. I had my sump pump. I find the team kind, total and educated pleasant to swap with. Highly recommend.

We had an emergency last night 9/9 with our water heater. The valve went poor and wanted replacing when our garage began to flooding, which we just noticed. We could call at 7:30pm on a Friday evening, spoke with an extremely friendly and helpful receptionist, and get Wes outside to fix the issue.
The issue was fixed by wes quickly and was very professional. He made small talk and we felt at ease. Here is the second time we have used Ferrari Plumbing. We're always pleased with their timeliness, work and cleanliness. We were pleasantly surprised at a lower cost, although we thought we'd be paying well over $500 calling a Friday evening. Wes was amazing! He noted some other issues that we can address later on. I do not really understand any of the negative reviews as I would say to go to Ferrari and all your plumbing requirements.

I utilized Ferrari Plumbing for a flow. Wesley was rapidly able to see that his job had been done by the appliance repairman wrongly as we nevertheless had a flow coming out of your machine. He was also able to see that in addition we had a valve that leaked. The valve leaked every time the washer ran. The appliance repairman told us that it was no big thing and watched the leaky valve. Wesley determined the leaky valve caused the timber flooring in our family room to lift. The water covered 80 percent of the first floor when we chose upward the flooring. Had we never pulled the flooring up, we'd have had a severe mold problem in the future.
Some things that were not up to code and had been done by repairmen previously were also seen by wesley. Our home is now safe and dry and that I can not suggest Ferrari Plumbing highly enough!

I was so glad they showed up at 10pm, soon after our call to their shipment, to alter our sump pump. The job was done.

I was planning to have a brand new stove installed as it was discovered that the gas line shut off valve was not installed & the gas couldn't turn off. ;-RRB-. They rearranged their schedule so that they could get out to me ASAP. They had been here calling them! They could correct the line. They definitely saved the day!

Here is the 4th time we've had Wes outside to help us out. We had a loss of pressure in the upstairs shower. Wes figured out that we had to rebuild the valve, which also solved the"knocking sound" and minding the deal which was difficult to turn. The cost was $435 (with voucher ) & he was here about 2 hours. Wes is an expert in"trouble shooting".

Outstanding professionalism. Wes found an extremely tricky gas leak, and managed to fix it without needing to cut through our floor (this appeared near impossible to a plumber we consulted). The secretary in their workplace is courteous and helpful. Highly recommended!

My water heater went out on me the evening before Thanksgiving. That night, I called a plumbing company and was advised they'd be there that evening.
I would advise Ferrari Plumbing to anybody desiring a plumbing occupation.
The day after Thanksgiving I predicted Ferrari Plumbing. They came that day out. Wes diagnosed the issue and and there was a water heater that was brand new needed. The water heater was installed by wes professionally and immediately.

When he arrived, called using an estimate while the work was complete, called the plumber called. As soon as I arrived in the house and checked his work I could not have been much more impressed. It was function.
I would strongly recommend Ferrari plumbing. Their work and their customer service is superb.
I called Ferrari Plumbing to replace. I was not able to be in the property (a rental) if they were going to show but I really needed the work done that day. I took a jump f faith and left the front door key in the mailbox.

-When everything was done Wes told me all this stuff was wrong with other plumbing in my house...I am not certain what strategy it was I was disgusted by it. If I'd listened to him I started over and would as well burnt down the house. .
-I moved a few things around and I was in my cellar and I notice everywhere Wes had put several black and Ferrari stickers everywhere. . .on the walls onto the pumps something which has been related to plumbing things it was on the walls or the real equipment...I thought it was annoying and tacky. . .honestly he should have requested or simply left it to one that he place on water heater.
-I also wanted a more energy efficient water heater(basically I desired options). . .they have one choice and only one choice and when I asked Wes about options he did not appear to understand or ignored my request and that he was only going to place. . .nothing more end of story. . .don't request any more query.
Wes was having a terrible day where you're the face of that organization that you should leave your problems at the 33, but when you work in a service oriented company.
-I asked him when he would be taking my water heater away and he said I have. I presumed it'd be an additional person from Ferrari the man came that has been a junk metal picker-like the guys who move through your area on garbage day and go through your garbage looking to resell -. The guy arrived in my house and took my water heater away although I was a little cynical. The more I thought about it -it bugged me this random guy came to my door. . .so I called the company and that I asked if the man was among their workers the girl answered no-which supposed he wasn't bonded or insured so in the event the garbage hauler man had ruined anything in my house I'd have be out of luck.
-When my water heater was shifting in and taking out my old one he put the older one on the floor under it without anything and today there is a rust ring on my basement floor. :-LRB-
Overall my water heater does function.
My hot water heater broke and needed to be replaced after phoning a few places I ended up phoning Ferrari and looking at a few reviews.
When I phoned to remark about a few problems afterward the girl on the telephone was very nice (she was the exact same one who made the appointment) and knowing (honestly she is why I gave 3 stars when she hadn't talked to me personally in the way she did the rating would have been reduced ). Would I call them in a non emergency situation. . .if they had been the only real plumber to come in a crisis situation since they arrived. . .but involving the random man that came into my house to dispose of Wes customer support and the gear and the rust stain on my floor I simply could not recommend them for all my plumbing needs. I believe the woman on the telephone should teach some customer support techniques to her workers.
-Wes tried to upsell me on these parts needed for the water heater that weren't included but were additional...I was speeding about $1600 in one pop. . .really? Today you're going to get what to dime and nickel you can get? JERK.
The not so Great
-The girl I talked to on the telephone was friendly
-I guess Angie's List is a massive thing for service oriented companies he showed me from a couple of years.
I truly wanted to provide this place a good review (especially after seeing all the good reviews) but after they arrived I simply could not.
-They could get in me relatively quickly within an hour of calling.
-The man they sent me his name was Wes he wasn't mean but I would not classify him nice/friendly...that I am not certain but he had a very hard time speaking English to the point where I got tired of asking him anything because anything I requested him he did not reply or her answered something completely different.
-The costs were all in this binder so the base costs were all laid out but then there were the"extras"...

We hired Ferrari to perform a toilet replacement. They did a wonderful job communication over the phone on scheduling and cost. Technician was very great to deal with when in my property. Clearly explained what he'd do during repair, asked whether it was okay to make repair since it was original to home. Clean and considerate. It rubs me wrong that he place and that I went on to look my sump pump Ferarri Plumbing tag on it. This tag says that certain areas of this home are under warranty. He felt that was acceptable, well my sump pump is is beyond me!! . In addition, he placed Big HUGE Permamnent yellow Ferarri sticker and a Ferarri Plumbing Tag in my own water heater. I think it ballsy to do this. He inquired until his work began, where the water was and I showed him. He used that opportunity to place their marketing materials all. He labeled my home . I had been pleased with their job but this tagging action felt intrusive and tacky. I'm not sure I'd hire them based on this.

Ferrari plumbing clearly outlined prices for the job performed. The job was done to my own expectations. The plumber obviously explained what needed to be done in order to correct for.
Ferrari was available when needed and arrived at the agreed upon period

We'd a new water heater is installed by Ferrari at 2013. It wasn't the cheapest heater on the current market, but after several estimates from various companies, it became Ferrari Plumbing was the company for us. Also ALL the decision was abandoned by VERY MUCH, although they weren't only professional in their quote years back. No pressure is an understatement. They took their time explaining attributes, the various water heaters, drawbacks and everything in between, but not came close to pushing on a one. We chose what they had to say and along with our own research chose the heater we thought would best satisfy our needs. And with their knowledge and TRUE experience, we had our new water heater, one we highly recommended, a Bradford White version, made in the U.S. and also a company that stands behind their work, as Ferrari does( they, Bradford White, also give all models GREAT warranties - warranties that firms don't actually give anymore - full components replacement for 6 years!!) . Anyway, yesterday morning we discovered that our hot in no time water wasn't the customary hot of it. We thought it may be from the weather we've had the past couple of days, and because we did not use water during the day had forgotten about it. That was until last night about 9 p.m. I went into shower-ice chilly water was there was so we went and looked at the water heater. The pilot light was completely off, and we knew that wasn't a fantastic thing to say at the least. We known as Ferrariand also an extremely pleasant receptionist answered. She took my name and pulled our info, and told me she would call the manufacturer first thing in the morning to have components sent, and when they came in she'd send someone out immediately. She phoned me this morning, merely to check in and allow me to know the parts were arranged and that she'd keep in contact regarding their arrival etc.. At two pm she called saying the components had arrived and someone could be on our house at 10-15 minutes. . . .10 minutes after we had our plumber! Some diagnostics ran and left me with options. He had gotten the pilot light lit,and told me we could wait and see what happened. However, I understand enough to understand there was a reason the pilot light went out, so rather than have him only leave, free of charge according to one of his options, we chose to have him replace the components that were most likely the matter, and given the amazing guarantee ONLY paid for labor-and even that, given that plumbers aren't cheap by character, was FAR less than expected, particularly given the amount of work done! Given the guarantee on all components, he replaced all components and was dead in his diagnosis of the problem. Nobody enjoys calling a. There are a ton of plumbing firms out there, and we had used our share, before finding Ferrari. None could hold a candle. To say they're a cut above the rest is a understatement, so we call Ferrari and've experienced utilizing different companies once you need a plumber rescue yourself from adventures. . .you will NOT regret it. Their services are second to none, and they will not steer you wrong. The icing is they won't bankrupt you either!!!! Their fees etc are less than many were, but what you will get together is the most professional plumbing company around and undoubtedly first class service. So do your self a favor. . . .if you need a plumber save yourself a number of the issues we've had in the past with other individuals and call Ferrari. You simply can not go wrong, and we're grateful to be able to call them our technicians. They're simply amazing Thank YOU Ferrari!!!!!!
