My husband & I purchased our first house, let alone new construction a year 1/2 past. Because we moved in we have had nothing but issues with obtaining our punch list pertaining to the builder completed in a timely matter or things happening because of the numerous corners which were cut to finish our property. I was full of stress & stress wondering what with the numerous issues we have already encounter.
We had a flow from our T&P valve attached to our water heater that went into a drip resulting in buckets of water having to toss out every 2-4 hours from a little bit of water. By Contacting Hagerty & Sons, they not only came out by attempting to add any unnecessary components or fixes like both of the other estimates that had previously had come 48, but they had been understanding , up front, and didn't overcharge. This business knows were really beneficial and there stuff. They were very knowledgeable & substituted my T&P valve that is corroded and adjusted our issues which were absolutely not supposed to be happening among structure. They answered any questions I'd & clarified to their best how & why my issue had happened.
Great. Our hot water heater died and we needed a replacement FAST. Hagerty was able to replace our water heater the same day and took the opportunity to inquire about my situation.
