We had an issue with all our kitchen drain that required some assistance. After consultation and first contact it was decided a camera review are the proper step. We have had prior problems with this particular drain and due to way our Monterey design house in Hanover Park was assembled I was fearful. We were quoted choices to resolve the issue from additional rodding to drain disconnection with a repipe of this drain system. Tony was great in the beginning taking the time to answer my questions about each option. We decided to go with the disconnection and reroute to relieve the capacity of any issues under the slab around the very front of our house. He did a fantastic job disconnecting the present line and installing a drain bucket pump that connected back into our sewer across the side of our cellar. I'm sure it took him more than expected and did not help having a DIY homeowner over his shoulder the whole way but he awakened when the installation got difficult and the results are fantastic. The drain has never done and the best part is a joyful wife once more. I can't thank them and see value in the fair price I was quoted. Furthermore I would not hesitate to recommend them to all our friends and family in the area.

I have to start by stating I do not usually, if I leave any testimonials. On Thursday night that my water heater broke, and water leaked . I was in a rush. Not knowing any plumbers, I seemed for plumbers in my area and came across MAS plumbing. I called to explain my situation, and I feel it was the proprietor Ron that I spoke. He explained he could have somebody out the day, and proceeded over the options about the phone with me. The way my water heater is set up in my condominium is exceptional to say the least. It's a crazy setup that's in a tight space. In my mind I thought that this would lead to a problem. 8 the morning after, I got a call from the plumber. Edward showed up and he couldn't have been nicer. In just two hours he set up a fresh one, removed my water heater, and moved over the features. I was shocked that he managed to do it that because of the tight setup. I thought that the cost would be outrageous, but surprisingly it turns out that they were expensive than anyone else out there! I couldn't be happier! The water heater that he set up is state-of-the-art, hands-down better compared to one that was in my own place. I would strongly recommend MAS plumbing !
