They went to do some pipes for my in-laws which are elderly. We live 1 1/2 hours off and didnt know that they were planning on doing some work. After finding out they quoted them 7,000.00 to put in a new toilet and stationary sink down the basement I about fainted! I called and cancelled the rest of the job and also my husband did it. They'd already done the toilet for almost 1000.00 so was stuck with that. My father in law had a coupon for 30.00 off that I detected wasnt on his bill. When calling them a week to get back to me and was told they werent going to honor it. Wow, what good customer support! I have read other reviews and they appear to take advantage of the elderly.

If I could, I would provide negative stars. The very best advice I would give to anyone about this business. . Is to stay way away from Wayne and Duane Blanton and every company associated with them. Never let them do any work on your premises and document . You will regret every single second of your precious life having to deal with them if you do not. They have a shady reputation around town to screw their clients from companies and will try every which way they can. This is their standing. There is a Wayne Blanton and a Duane Blanton. . Brothers in offense. One of them will come out to bid the job... then they'll contract a 3rd party to really come complete the job, then after their work fails and you call them seeing their warranty and their less than work. . They tell you they sold the company because they did not perform the actual job and they won't honor the warranty. The fact is that the company will be sold by one brother back to the other brother so that the slimballs state the company was sold and they do not need to honor the warranty. It is only a matter of time before the office of the Attorney General starts choosing at this little scam apart. Stay tuned folks... this one will be quite a doozy and will make for some wonderful news reporting!!

Finest plumber we've had! We bought a location and we've had many plumbers out to check ejector pump and the sump pump because of a odor that nobody could find out. We had roto rooter look and self hire technicians at it. No one could really fix it, and they kept doing maintenance services which we're pricey. Duane Blanton was the plumber to diagnose the problem and recommend a nice replacement pump. They also noticed that our water heater was not functioning properly, and when looking into it, we'd carbon monoxide and we had no idea. Dave did a gorgeous installation of a water heater for all us. Thank you Dave for fixing our home and taking pride in your own work!

We predicted Blanton & Patrick arrived within one hour, he immediately accessed the matter, snaked out the line out to my tankput my toilet back together for me!!!
Over all, very happy with the ceremony, particularly when I realized I had gotten over my head.
Started to replace the wax ring seal. I believed I had it covered until my son flushed the toilet upstairs and it began rushing into the bathroom I was working on downstairs.

This was basically an attempted prosecution. $600 lesson learned.
The rest of the pipe however is jammed up with needs and roots to be more hydro-jetted. Ken is such a pal. Sweet guy offered to take care of this for me to get a price of $4800. I told him that my neighbor requires this well and how much for both. Himself was negotiated by sweet guy down each, to $2400. Wow. What a pal.
I just purchased an old home and over my wouldnt flush 2 weeks and sewage started to back up into the tubs. His son and ken Strohman came out to get an emergency repair. My primary sewage line was blocked with tree roots. The cost put the camera there and to clear the roots was $600. He needs to be replaced and told me my cast iron pipe is done for. He'll take care of it for 8 grand, no biggy. This RUINED my afternoon and I began doing research and phoning plumbers for a 2nd opinion.
They came back another day to do this all over again this moment, when we called them to the footage. This time however, the cast iron pipe is miraculously, OKAY! Sure, roots began to grow at a joint, but this is 100% more manageable with maintenance every 1-2 decades.
Hydro-jet costs $400-500. I got another plumber to take care of this for me for $500. This plumber didnt pretend to be my buddy, he was honest.

I found out which I did not have running water. I did a quick research finding not plumbing solutions are available on a Saturday and looked around. I called and by 3:30 on a SATURDAY, John G was at the door! He talked me through the process and was extremely useful! He knew what the difficulty was After he walked up the staircase. He lent me a deal and also showed me different payment options I could not resist on a Saturday. I would strongly recommend this company as well as John do plumbing work that is future and to emerge!

We called this business to have our clean-out serviced. Robert who informed us we had to replace the sewer line from the clean-out to the curb was shipped by them, and the price could be $6400. As he forced the contract which day for $ 300 to be signed by us, we were doubtful. Two other plumbers that day showed us via their cameras that it was fine, there wasn't any harm. Robert hugely riped off us. Don't use this business, they are dishonest!

Turns out our crappy landlord didn't have a clean out thus what we believed was a tiny difficulty turned into a much bigger issue.
Everything was great!
I was somewhat upset that they left the lawn awakened for a week, even after filling and coming in the pit there's a huge pile of dirt around the pit. Our lawn was not anything special but today we've got this pile of dirt with a hole in the middle that we will have to look after.
They needed to come dig up the lawn to make a clean 16, the next day. They where done in 25 minutes and we have not had any problems.
The guy was here doing work.
We called around 5:30 pm on a Friday because our bathroom started when the washing machine has been draining, over flowing. They introduced showed up in 15 mins , put on shoe covers, and started working.

Mark and Rich arrived ready to go at 3:30pm. They exchanged my ejector pump and sump pump inside one hour. I wasn't only grateful, as my ejector pump was fried, but taken aback in his or her efficacy. An hour? Impressed. I've read many comments. Together with anything, if you have their reputation at stake, also want the job done right first time, you're going to have to pay for it. It was a good throw of change. But I understand each will last 10-15 years, and I have a warranty on both pumps. If you want to invest, expect coupled with the hassle of more frequent replacement. I will advise this firm that is local. Thank you!

I had a flexible hose under the sink burst, thanksgiving day. Obviously it was the holiday. I fixed it up but still had a small leak. We waited to tackle it. Blanton has been used by us before so they were phoned by us . Exactly the exact same day, they were able to come out right away. Pat K. cared for us quickly and at a reasonable price. Job Pat K.! Hope not to desire you guys but will keep you on speed dial just in case.

I HIGHLY recommend that you call them if you are not sure which technicians in a jam or to anticipate. Heck only get a 2nd opinion from them even if you've got a plumber's quote on whatever. Request Ed! They got the job.
Duane Plumbing is absolutely the finest, most friendly and dependable plumbing company that you'll ever fulfill. Ed and I have been talking and dealing their technician for the last week and finished our project! They explained every detail together with me and are available 24/7. I phoned them after 6pm when many companies would send you and got a individual straight away on Wednesday last week with a simple questions regarding the sewer line repair. They had Ed phone me back in 10min.

I had a great experience.Glynn reacted within fifteen minutes throughout the July 2017 flooding. I did not flood, however, Glynn showed me that my cast iron pipes were cracked. Glynn repiped returned everything, including the main line to the sewer. He did a job . The men he had with him to dig up Rafael, Miguel and the back yard, did a fantastic job. The people who answered my calls were professional. I'm thankful for the quick timing, the professionalism and superb plumbing because the results are excellent. The job was correctly explained and implemented in a timely manner. I will call this business .

Dave arrived on time and looked over the job. I had a water softener installed. His bidding was astronomical at $792. I said no I would not pay that much and was prepared to send him. He asked what I'd be inclined to cover and we negotiated a cost. I feel the cost was $340 and also the service call. The work progressed. The standard of the installation looked like it was going nicely the I heard"Aw! Piece of crap!" We melted the plastic water filter and also was not paying attention to the proximity of his work. He said"it's a cheap one anyway and they don't get the job done nicely." The simple fact is it worked just fine. He informs me he's one he will bring with a different time since it's getting late on a Friday. The connection was ended by him and whined to himself it took to finish. The property owner and he talked and he promised he'd return with a filter. She did not want to pay at that time since the work wasn't complete but he said he needed to get paid that it was not an option to pay afterwards. The week comes and we put an appointment for him to return and he's a no show. The office people said that they will contact him and put up another appointment but that has not occurred and it's been two weeks. I have water but there's no filter. My wife said I must have seen that coming when he tried to negotiate a cost.

Earl was really friendly and thorough. He walked to ascertain where the drain routed out my kitchen sink was. We will call again should we have some plumbing issues.

Worked with Dan, he was on-time quick and able to just articulate the issue. Cleaned up after he left and didn't attempt to over-sell or make more anxiety from an already stressful situation- thanks Dan!

My time. I managed to get an appointment following day to repair a clogged garbage disposal.Darrin was quite prompt and was succesful unclogging after attempting several sizes of the device they use to clear pipes. It was clogged way back than I thought. We bought an older house and the pipes have rusted to have thinner passageways. He sprayed and cleaned, and also brought his very own towels beneath the sink after he was finished. He ended up repiping a small section of the sink. I had been impressed with how prepared he was for every situation. He tell me in a few years we must replace some of those pipes and provide them a call once we're ready. Five stars!

I arrived home from work to discover a sewer water up in my parents' furnace/water heater closet. I called Duane Blanton around 6:45pm. The guy on the phone was very pleasant, respectful and patient with me know how to explain my issue! He explained they'd have someone come out between 7pm and 10pm. He called me twice to provide timing updates to me. The man showed up at about 8pm. He told me he'd attempt rodding and provided me. He detected that the drain pipe was suspended while trying to rod. However, because of the kind of pipe we've, he couldn't use their thawing procedure. So he called the office to find an estimate and also to determine what they can do. They ended up having to dig our yard. He told me that is precisely what they did and they would send some folks out first thing! A set of 3 men that were very friendly showed up and they got into work. My dad and I saw them working hard and quickly that the entire time (and in this freezing weather). They had been performed and had us back up and running by a little! They explained exactly what they were respectful and patient and did. Support for sure! Worth the $!

I had them out about a year and a half ago for a principal sewer rodding. The line cleared and I had no issues. They sent me a coupon a few months back and I stored it sure enough principal line again. A young man named Matt and I did not grab in rid the line again the other mans name arrived, gave me tips on my disposal in the kitchen. I'd have them again.
