So I phoned numerous plumbers, my hot water heater was not working. Riverway was the only one who could make out it in a manner that is timely. They came out in the morning, got a part ordered (the water heater was under guarantee ), also showed me how to install the part (very easy ) so that I wouldn't be billed for another service call. Sometimes it's the easiest of jobs where you will not overcharge you and understand that there is a company honest. You couple that and it doesn't get any better!

Rude driver stopped on a crowded road, pulled in front of me (a pedestrian) without giving me a opportunity to cross. He then put his truck into reverse because I tried to cross . He told me that I jaywalked. Service providers that are rude aren't needed by us . If you value safety and courtesy, don't hire.

Because of the unusual nature of the flooding (caused by exterior issues), four other companies were called upon to investigate further for an inside problem.
