Super friendly staff (I suggest way over the top friendly, that is not a bad thing) and great technicians. Fortunately I haven't had to utilize a service call, but they've a fantastic service club that is essentially like an insurance policy should anything go wrong - you pay a monthly fee not to be charged whenever your heating or air conditioning goes from the middle of the evening or over the weekend. We deemed this a decent gamble when dealing with a very hot summer with a toddler - .
So far so good - that the technicians are helpful and service is fantastic. Everything continues to run smoothly thanks to their assistance. Highly recommended!
They did not. Needed to fix a water heater install and at one hour charged $400.00. They are a scam. Over paying to you, standard pricing means. No estimate before doing the work then stuck me with $400.00 bill and would not phone me for 5 times to allow the credit card process. Scam firm beware.
Johnson Heating Cooling Plumbing - Johnson Kellie, have done maintenance since then and installed furnace, A/C, water heater. An excellent job has been done by them, the techs clarify testing and their work and I am pleased. When the first work was completed the proprietor came by and made sure all was done right - that he had the installation team make a change to duct function. I was pleased to observe the proprietor following up like that. We are very satisfied with Johnson.
I don't know about anybody else, but I am super paranoid about who I've work in my home. If you watch Unsolved Mysteries half of the time that the crazies who murdered the little lady are the men who did work on her house. That's why I try to employ local family owned. Johnson Heating Cooling and Pipes have cared for my furnace. I just had them replace my ac unit which has been over 20yrs old. Expressed their gratitude for working for such a firm. They are local men family men who love the Greenwood community. This firm, like most Greenwood companies is quite proactive in their own generosity to our city.
