I signed up because of he so I can appreciate Labor Day weekend with AC fixed my ac and their upkeep program
My call was returned 10 minutes a well spoken service tech named Bryant asked a few questions. He said he is there in 45 minutes
He fixed it and identified the problem
He arrived in Half an Hour
Called and scheduled an appointment for a few weeks back inspect our ac until it got hot outside and to clean the coils. The ceremony their afternoon called and cancelled since there were tasks that were more pressing. Fast forward to today and my ac isn't currently functioning, called Mower and they came over within a few hours and discovered my line is frozen and more than likely due. The system was working but not the best for a bit today and could have been captured during the ceremony I scheduled ahead of the heat wave... Don't promote a service and then cancel, when you preach about continual maintenance and after that do not have time for it I will tell you it's extremely frustrating.
Our shower wouldn't turn off. We had to shut the water off . Nick was able to reconstruct the faucet for us and we are up and running again. I would advise Summers if your plumber that is moderately priced.
I needed help with furnace issues ASAP & later hours. The following hours call representative was professional & polite. I had a return call by a technician. He had one more run before he could visit me, & he had been right on time. The tech was really polite & professional. I was lucky to have a slight issue. The technician showed me the way to take care of it to read the error codes in my furnace if I have any issues. No hard sell, & no effort. I'm impressed and will look at Summers for my HVAC & plumbing requirements. Thank you!!
