Since moving into the area, I have used. Both times the experience was fantastic. They did the work that was requested, came out on time and didn't make a mess. The cost seemed fair for me and the job looks great and functions well.
I called using a plumbing problem that I (not a plumber) believed was enormous that turned out to be little and the amazing gentleman that I talked to told me the way to repair it over the phone instead of him having to come out here to fix it and there was no charge. I will be using Hornback plumbing again.

I needed a repair done on my water heater. Adam done the repair and came outside with his apprentice Austin. I observed Adam instructing Austin to diagnose the problem and they quickly went to work repairing the water heater. In the practice of draining the water heater, Adam understood we did not have a water shut off valve over the water heater and our sump pump was working. He took the initiative to get a different team member to deliver him exactly what he needed to finish the repairs. I am so impressed by the professionalism of Adam, attention to detail and willingness to ensure the job was done correctly. I'm quite content with the quality of work done and the manner in which it had been finished. I believe had I phoned a different plumbing service the water shut off valve may not have been completed and also my sump pump would have been pushed into another day in a bid to drag out the repair. I suggest Hornback Plumbing!
