Plumbright and my house have visited with three times to get warranty repairs. One two failures and success. Last year experience with Adam left me with a busted pipe and out of a 100 dollar deductible. Adam was has to say that my warranty did not cover the copper pipe but he would fix it for 275.00. This is actually the second time the business has been delivered to my house for show and tell with no service. Two -10 guarantee isn't doing well by sending this provider. As an active duty service member Imust contract a firm ready to provide service to its customers and now'm quite disappointed.
On May 14, 2018, PlumbRight repaired 12 water line flows in among our houses that were empty. The water lines hadn't been properly winterized. PlumbRight charged $996.50 for 5 hours of work, including $201.50 for parts which I believe were marked up with a massive margin. I have used other plumbers who charged much less, although this was the first time PlumbRight has been used by me. I appealed to the proprietor to decrease the cost, but he refused. I won't use them again I won't suggest them to anybody and because they're overpriced Even though their work was satisfactory.

We were faced with sink clog problems when moved to our newly remodeled house. A tech from Plumbright came out and could not solve the issue. He was stating that the clog problem was close to the sink but could not reach the 50 feet. It seemed counter-intuitive to me. He demanded that I pay the $100 deductible even though the problem wasn't resolved. The home warranty company for the subsequent week reassigned the ceremony. Regards to scheduling, Plumbright never got in touch with me. It wasn't until I called the home warranty that I discovered that the reassignment had been put on the service. I predicted Plumbright to make certain that they came out on this day. I took off work to get this problem taken care of. The ceremony time period was from 9am. I phoned around 1030 for ETA. They told me that my house was next on the service queue and that someone should be calling me. I called again at 12:20pm when noone showed up to my house. A lady told me the service had been cancelled a week. Within two weeks, two distinct people told me entirely different stories. They immediately put the attribute stating that warranty folks are. I called the home warranty company and they reported that they have not cancelled the ceremony. The ceremony was in active status. They refused to answer their phone calls when home warranty company attempted to reach them twice. I have wasted over 8 days, and that I still have a sink. I displeased with Plumbright and also their lack of professionalism, punctuality, and organization. From tech skill-set to scheduling, no one appears to be trained adequately. My service was reassigned to say. I will be working on obtaining my deductible refunded from them.
I used PlumbRight through a house warranty for the very first time. Both times when I called them they very knowledgable and professional. Just lately I called them to get a sump pump difficulty and Ernie arrived in the time promised. Ernie was very polite and personable.
