I & C Mechanical

I have some time or rarely write reviews, however, felt it was necessary to do this for I & C Mechanical. After a stressful suspended pipe and water flow, pipes or unresponsive pipes who lent too much to get work, I had been shocked by what I&C supplied. Instantly he picked up the telephone (that in itself is was rare - and that I called twice and that he picked up both times!) I did not expect to get an appointment for days/weeks (based on some of the others I had called), however, I&C stated they would come out first thing in the afternoon and didn't hesitate to provide me their pricing advice when requested. They went to work, was professional with paperwork and explaining things, and arrived early/on time next morning. It was so wonderful to not be"used", I could tell how some of the other builders marked up their prices, but they do not know that I come from property management and understood better! He provided me with updates during the work, and pointed out flaws and concerns on what others may have done wrong he mended. The work was done flawlessly and efficiently and I couldn't be more happy with their service!

I don't actually write reviews but in this case I really need to thanks Irfan ( I am not sure about the spelling. Sorry) for his job. We want our water heater to be replaced by it and also need it a plumber because we switch from electrical to gasoline and want it to transfer a bit to it . He was very professional and got everything they way I desired. All very clean and accredited.

Because it wasn't transparent I would inquire about the pricing. Before he came the first time, I had been told over the telephone the hourly speed. This is precisely what I had been billed for the visit. The 2nd time he came, after the job was done, I had been charged a higher hourly fee, which had been his speed + the helper's rate. He did not mention that over the telephone, he gave me a flat hourly fee. He said that he did not charge me the helper's speed the very first time as it was really a one-person occupation, but I had no way of knowing this and had two confirmations on what I thought the speed was - what I paid initially and what he told me the speed was over the telephone before the visit. It isn't clear that the hourly rates and the tech are additive.
The quality was great, he explained how a previous person did a wrong job installing the plumbing.
Also he did not tell me that there was a travel charge. So the hourly rate he provides isn't the rate that is true. They rounded up in half-hour increments.
I&C Mechanical came for water leaking out of a shower. The very first time they identified a issue and fixed it, but stated that it may not have been the culprit, I must wait if it still leaked to call them back, and then for it to dry. It was leaking so I phoned them back to perform more extensive work that fixed the issue.

Extremely professional, responsive and educated. We had a situation where we needed a washer/dryer that is fast install and uninstall. We called I&C on Saturday and they were first thing Monday morning. We transparency throughout the procedure and couldn't be more happy with the service quality. It was also reassuring they're fully licensed with 24/7 access. We look at using I&C for future function.

We had a leaking bathroom issue that needed to be addressed the day. He came out the very day we called (a horribly rainy marathon afternoon yet ) and stayed beyond his regular working hours to make sure we had a working bathroom. We ended up having to replace the bathroom. I'm pretty certain he gave us a deal on the cost also. He also did a great job with a not-great situation and was professional and kind. He felt like a blessing for our family on a really unlucky day. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with these men, they responded to my phone quick but saved me deal of money and hassle I love. They've me a life time client and with confidence I'll suggest them to friend...

I had been referred via a friend to C & I. They agreed to emerge although I'm a little from the service area. They came on time and the first thing they did was place covers in their shoes so as to not track in salt and snow in the outside. This was a start. Both of the technicians were quite polite, explained exactly what the issue was what the choices were for either replacement or repair. I wound up replacing the whole toilet as opposed to attempting to repair old mechanisms and a stopper that was leaky. Prices were right in line with the quote. A three cracked tiles were found rather than simply ignore it he mended the tiles, allow it to set before performing the installation and where the toilet attaches to the floor. I couldn't have asked for much more. In spite of that tile glitch the project was completed in a very timely way.

I&C Mechanical are the best! We needed to repair the waste disposal, in addition to our kitchen since it was getting backed up sink. Everything was fixed by these guys ! Reasonable prices and employees. Highly recommended. Continue the good work guys!

Great service! I discovered this business. They were great. The owner came out to give me a quote. The cost was very aggressive. We had a plumbing issue that is major and these guys came to the rescue. My spouse recommend using this company and if we ever have this matter again we'll sure touch them!

We called plumber to fix it they made it even worse and were having problem with our water method. Instead of discovering source of the issue they raised the water temperature. I called the I and c all mechanical, and they were very accurate pin point and repair the issue. No doubt they would be recommended by me.

I hired this company to do some plumbing job in my sister's home in Waltham. They showed on time and gave us a quote. The price was reasonable and they did the repairs right away. Too bad they do not work around my home have been in Marlborough. Plumbers that are good are hard to find.

Can't say enough great things about I & C Mechanical! We had a bathroom leak that came from the blue and brought us a major headache but these men came into the rescue promptly and gave us the quote out of the areas we called. They're professional, knowledgeable and reliable, which is a incentive for us as we home owners! Highly recommended.
