Very professional and polite." Really pleasant, professional and did a gorgeous job. I may put a cot, TV down there and make it my guy cave! You are such a joy to do business with, you're so generous, professional and patient. The guys did a fantastic job and were very professional. I love the help that everyone supplied for the update.

The entire group was a joy to speak to, and efficient , in the office to the apprentice. You may tell everybody enjoys being there- I almost wanted to be operate and a plumber for Tim!
I contracted them to set up the upgrades, A month after. They installed gas lines for a second meter, a combination boiler, a forced air furnace, along with a water heater to the multifamily. They so were clean and had all work completed in just over a day. The professionalism of the work crews is impressive.
I contacted TJ's to get a second opinion for my bulk save energy loan.
I needed to install a new water system to replace tank that was wasteful and an early boiler. Focusing quotes and guidance from heating businesses and having completed my research, I was impressed from the start using the knowledge and professionalism of the office and technical personnel of TJ. In one day, Taylor Tim and the crew replaced my gear using the Bosch system, taking the opportunity to make sure my comfort level with the new setup and to get everything just right. They left the area of the basement cleaner than they found it and have been fantastic about followup (scheduled an inspection and put me on the books to get a check-up in a year) and even guided me throughout the rebate procedure. I'm confident that I can rely for whatever service and upkeep I would not hesitate to recommend them and would need.
I am giving TJ's one star because I can not afford them"0". We have experienced a maintenance contract with them for several years and until they've been nice. My system needed a part. They got the part in but of trying to make them come put in it after 3 months, they cancelled my appointment. We were unable to find another appointment for 10 days. We found another company who managed to come sort out us sooner so we offered to buy the part from TJ to get the job finished. We have been a customer for years. We paid our bills as soon as we obtained them. They have treated us terribly with no remorse. When I attempted to talk to them about changing contractors they just said,"OK, perhaps we can work together in the future." Are you kidding me? They have absolutely no respect for customer loyalty. Don't telephone TJ's in case you require help with your HVAC system! You will be sorry!
