Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I called at 4:30 on a Sunday night to check a slow draining bathtub. They scheduled someone to come out immediately and within 30 minutes Ron was at my door. He was very professional and took a peek at this situation. He explained looking in the situation was free, that If he was unable to fix the situation it'd not be any cost, and how much it'd cost. Within a few minutes he snaked the bathtub but it wasn't working. He tried a air-ram which did the trick. He was in and out within 15 minutes and completely solved my problem.

I had a sink in my Own Hair salon,Only bad thing is that it frees $438.
Every couple of years I must call and it goes up 100 bucks. He explained he gave me a 100 discount. Next time I will try out somebody else.

I called 800 number they came out quickly which is a plus they say no charge with the service but trust me they are charging in other ways.

We believed this would be quick and simple, but it was our bathtub clog was of historic proportions. Ralph (2925) was fantastic. He desired that and perfection is what we obtained. He worked for over two weeks to clear the clog, and then cleaned up all mess that was residual. Because the scheduler was off with a couple of hours, this is a four star. Ralph deserves 6 stars!

Because this service, we discovered that one of those 2 drains cleaned failed to flow much better immediately after. Within 3 months it had been as bad as before the cleaning. It is now in need of another cleaning less . At the previous 20 decades, we have never previously had to get this drain. The drain is fine. Exorbitant price.

Got great support from this location on a weekend. I predicted Sunday morning about a drain that was main that was compacted, standing water in sinks. The office gave me a time window, inside this to say there was a tech on the road then called. Steve H did a quick job of draping a tarp over some clothing, locating a clean-out, clearing the clog, and cleaning the sinks afterwards. He then recommended I request the company that was septic next time that they pump to inspect and clean the baffle. Job well done.

I really don't understand reviews of the place about support that is prompt and friendly. For a company that prides themselves 24/7/365 service, they did not live up to their promises. I predicted early New Years Day for a significant difficulty (sewer gas odor that made us wonder if it was safe to stay at home) and was told we could not get anybody out before the next day. Ok we scheduled someone the moment to come out involving 10-12. Meanwhile, we lost our warm water. At 12:30, I called to see what was up. The guy casually told me they could not get anybody out to us and that the tasks of the morning took more than anticipated. Were they going to call and tell us? I insisted that the issue was severe and the guy gave attitude to me and informed me there wasn't any one before tomorrow. We discovered another plumber who could come out the same afternoon, and when I called back to let them cancel the job because we had it fixed today like they initially promised us (after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes), the guy just said"Ok thank you" and hung up on me.

So very happy with my encounter with Roto Rooter. For years I've had a plumber but didn't wish to pay special Saturday rate and had a problem on Saturday morning. After speaking to the plumber that came Roto Rooter doesn't up charge for nights and weekends found out. Showed than my allocated time slot. Got the job. I will definitely be using them if I need a plumber !

Great support from start to end! We had a sewerage copy from toilet to tub and when I called I talked with a wonderful woman who informed me a technician could be within 1-3 hrs. He was able to rapidly identify and resolve the problem. He had been a true professional and such a wonderful guy, describing what had to be done and what the estimated cost would be.
