I wanted to let everyone know, I moved to try and help this client. A subcontractor was sent by me since he was worried about the price right. The sub helping me out was nearer to him and that I wanted to save him extra cost for travel. (I'm a hour and a half off ). The client wasn't satisfied with what was charged for the total amount of work that was completed and was done. In my 13 years of clients I'm disappointed to have one on the market.
Very unprofessional and unaccountable Service just Tony was educated to do the work right the first time plus his lack of commitment (excuses) why he would not honor his word to complete the work once his was paid for initial trip.
Tony Garcia was sought to vacuum lower portion of dry-well that was older out with 18 inch pipe. Tony agreed his services could vacuum ordinary and dirt, gravel area stones.

Tony subcontracted the job to a 4 inch pipe plus this job to another entity who pops using a inch pipe with outside clamps not applicable. Quite nice subcontractor could just use 4 inch pipe that he had been outfitted with to poorly lift the small stones and bricks together with suction to bottom of tubing (as it would too small a tube to vacuum the debris). Thus job.
Tony advised that he would visit to complete the job with a 6 inch flexible pipe that he must have sent time. I was reluctantly willing to pay for his mistake to have the job done, yet 2x was cancelled by Tony and requested I hire the subcontractor to complete the job.
