We contacted Tom about substituting the valve at the shower and repairing a train that was mainly blocked. He was able to do either in a timely manner and the valve looks (and works!) great.
Support was provided by tom. He was prior to the appointment, asking great questions and providing updates on his birth time. Always favorable, such as offering some tips for around the home that were appreciated by first time home owners.

Above all: he rebuilt the faucet in a few hours, and it works with no flow available like new! He made on how to maintain our other toilet hardware going to get a couple more years, some recommendations.
He texted and showed up on time. He answered questions had been courteous, friendly and cautious in our house and explained things. He gently moved some of our items and got right to operate. He had been cautious, not hasty, and clearly had sufficient experience.
I called Tom and hunted for a local plumber when our really old three-knob shower faucet started leaking to the kitchen below. He listened to some explanation, replied immediately, and asked for a photograph of the faucet. He told me since he had been in the center of some other job, he'd return my phone that night. He called back as promised, said he would order components to reconstruct the faucetand we set a time for him to come to do the job a few days later (this was not an emergency, because there was no escape when the faucet was turned away ).
Thanks Tom, a lot! Highly suggested.

We bought an old home. After discovering a missing valve away a leaking valve along with our laundry plumbing along precisely the exact same line, we gave a call to Tom.
Tom was very professional- his hourly fee was said by him and asked for images of the valves to make sure he arrived with the crucial parts. As it was not an emergency, we were advised by him for a few days later. An introduction came up sooner and he asked if we would like that rather!
He arrived on time and, after asking some diagnostic questions, got right to work. He was taken by the job and his prices were reasonable. He looked over some questions and had some time afterwards we had. Couldn't have been happier! If desired we call him again!

I've contacted a couple company but no one responded but Tom. He came to look at my heat quickly after I phoned and offered a great assistance. Super helpful!

He estimated it would require 4 to 5 hours and has been done in 4. He informed us on our pipes that was old and deteriorating. We were aware we had a redo. He could have told us it had to be done right away he found the instant problem and made a fix that gives us time to prepare to redo the bathroom. Rather than selling us on any one contractor he called one he works together with but advised us to buy at least three quotes. He is worth the cost, although he is not the plumber that is least expensive out there.

As they never got back to me, I can not leave a review about my experience with the plumbing services of this company. But I can leave a review about their customer services that is astonishing. I've got a time sensitive (although not urgent) problem that has to be addressed ASAP, and if I phoned them today about noon, my call was answered by an answering service. (Yes, you read that correctly - it's still 1969 in this company ) And if I told the girl who answered my phone about my issue, she asked me"what would you like to do?" What do I need to do? You are the calling agency; aren't you supposed to guide me? What am I supposed to do? What do you need from me? I never got a call from them although I did not say any of that. Um, I don't think so. This was just more of the no support skills whatsoever * you would expect from the home services company. I'll pass, thank you. Given Matthew C's review on 2/19/19, looks like they did me a favor!

Tom told us that he could mend our particular version of boiler, but when he arrived he spent a day and a half on the phone and told us he'd never worked on unit like this. His final charges were nearly 3 times his estimate. Not only that, but he went ahead and installed other parts he didn't ask us about ahead or satisfactorily explain the need for (and pf course charged for). As we had water pouring from the boiler Non-Stop and flood our basement we had Tom back - to his credit that he arrived within a day, this superstar 2 - but he claimed that this was a completely unrelated problem and bill us almost another thousand dollars to resolve this new dilemma, along with a couple of additional parts he didn't clear with us prior to installing. I have only got my fingers crossed we're not likely to having more problems. I can be certain of this, I will not be calling Tom at this point.

Tom requested us to cover what we thought the project was worth and returned payment. He was very professional in his response and now I would strongly recommend him as a trusted plumber.

Tom reacted within hours for my query, and scheduled time on his weekend to look at a leak in my floor bathroom that was causing water damage. He was able to apply a patch that fixed it was able to come back for a complete repair, Though we only scheduled an evaluation. Tom answered all my questions, provided proof of his licensure and insurance in my request, and did the job I requested. Tom was professional, considerate, and simple, and I highly recommend his services!

I called these guys regarding a low pressure shower head. I believed it wasn't calibrated properly and asked for some help. The proprietor was busy and needed a day to come outside but provided perfect advice over the telephone which solved my dilemma to me. It is hard to find and this guy helped out me!

It was a wonderful experience having Tom work on a small plumbing tasks around my parent's 1970s home. He was upfront, honest, and very professional concerning the job's costs. I sent a service request through Yelp's message platform to Tom and he had been able to respond for my request within hours and schedule a appointment. I had a great number of problems with my 1st floor half bath plus 2nd floor full bath including two flow bathrooms, one leaking shower faucet, plus one sink faucet. On the day of the appointment, Tom was quick to appraise the circumstance, arrived on time, and provided me and choices for quick fixes vs long-term fixes for each of the problems. I had been content with every one. Tom provided me with some upcoming home improvement project suggestions to better preserve the home. He provided a written receipt of the cost of the supplies along with the tasks he performed to me. It was a pleasure having him work on the home and I would not hesitate to recommend him to other people.

Tom has ever done a great job at my home with large and small jobs. He's responsive, professional and very clearly knowledgeable. I feel much better now that I"know a man" that does great work at a fair cost. I don't plan on hiring anyone for any of my plumbing needs.

If I could give Tom 6 stars, I would. From now on, when I need a (seriously knowledgeable) plumber, he is the guy. Tom is a pro in this field and his support is outstanding. He has gone out of his way to be sure we got the job done under a tight deadline and are happy with his exceptional support. He is hard working honest and excellent in his trade. I highly recommend. Thank you so much, Tom!

Tom has performed numerous plumbing tasks for us. He comes when he says he will. He's very neat and fees what he says he will. This gives him high marks in my book:)

Tom has worked on projects big and small. He's consistently honest professional and punctual. I have relied for kitchen renovation heating system overhauls and crisis service. He always comes through, best plumber I have used.

It seems that I have been beaten by several of Tom's customers . I shall add my own voice. Besides doing work that is wonderful, and being reliable, fair, really receptive, Tom is a pleasure. In addition, he takes questions from customers working together to solve the issue and researching the problem. I really love his job and Tom.

Tom has been the plumber for our home in Newton for many decades. He arrived in the hour. I realized that in a world full of professionals that were unreliable, that Tom is a special gem. He's extremely good at what he doeshe arrives on his fees are more than honest. Sometimes he will tell me the job was too small for him to charge me. I have to assert to pay him for work that is decent and his time. that I can produce the repair should it occur MOST graciously, Tom teaches me things. He's the consummate professional and I can not recommend him highly enough.
