It's challenging to find good contractors for job am keeping his amount.
I needed a repair because the diverter had gone bad of changing the spout for my tub. I requested a quote. All responded fairly fast (within an hour) and I had given enough info and images so they all knew exactly what was needed.
Mark responded to telephone him and leave him a voicemail explaining he would call me and I had contacted him through a message. He called back within 10 minutes of me leaving the message and talked to me on the telephone. He thanked me for the images that were detailed and asked if I was convenient as this was a straightforward job and he didnt want me to cover a huge sum for a job. He said he would come if I where to go get those components and wanted him but explained everything I would need to do. If I get stuck I could call him to come over, he even said.
The part was cheap about 20 dollars and the job involved looks super easy (I watched some videos on youtube on how to do this). I havent fixed it yet since I understanding I will call him when I need him to come for your job and am waiting but I am confident now due to his own advice.
Others even wanted to come by and bill me to look at the job to estimate me (they said the fee could be waived if I used them for the work after..but seriously?) .
Quotations were received by me all of the way up to plus parts to 225 components included.

I'm new to town and known as due to a leaky kitchen faucet. He came out and fixed it. He is very friendly and fair, and I will definitely call him in the future for plumbing issues. Thank you to the help on such short notice!

Mark was called by me after a small botched DIY job due to a old plumbing. I convenient, so that he tried walking through it. He did not hesitate to appear and take care of it, when it was clear that it had been a very simple job. He had been here for at least an hour well beyond working hours to be certain my wife and I weren't going to be without water over a holiday. As plumbers do he was very reasonable with us and did not use the emergency telephone as an opportunity to gouge us. Without doubt I will be using him for any work we want.

Mark was really accommodating in advocating a solution for setting up a dehumidifier in our basement and then finding a time that worked for us. He might have attempted to"upsell" us on a more complicated, expensive solution, but he discovered an effective short-term remedy that will probably meet our needs. Very honest and educated.

I absolutely lucked out with not just an plumber, but a Fantastic all-around man.   Mark managed to come over the next day (prompt service!) . He showed up early and was very professional. He fixed the pipe, set up the dressing table, and was meticulous whilst doing so, in every manner. He asked me if I got my faucet and pipe, and had been happy with the positioning of it. He was very reasonable with the whole job.
I had some extensive work done seeing a job with a new renovated kitchen and toilet. The company I'd used to perform the work's majority did do it right, although there are very few issues with my house in overall.
Mark will be my"go-to-guy" from now on with any of our plumbing issues. It is good to have a dependable, honest company that I can count on in the future! I highly recommend this firm. 5 stars.
Since we didn't have a regular plumber, I figured I would give a phone to Heating and Norwood Plumbing and see if they could emerge as soon as possible. What had happened was that to make the transition from the toilet that is older to carry out the vanity. He'd broken the pipe into the faucet, and then kind of made a bee line from the home...I didn't feel too good about it. He left me but knew it was inevitable and I didn't want him back, although luckily he didn't charge us!

Had a water heater which was leaking and needed to be replaced. Called Norwood Plumbing & Heating and the owner Mark talked to me and we chose. Mark did a great job eliminating water heater and installing new water heater and showed up on time. He was extremely professional and I was very satisfied with his work. I'd recommend him. LS

Mark didn't. He chose rather to choose an all-day job in Boston rather than our $125 endeavor to unhook our dryer, because he couldn't reach us despite the fact that my wife made this appointment (and expected it kept) nearly a couple of weeks beforehand.
Mark cried at me, almost screaming at me"Are you telling ME how to conduct my company?" As soon as I told him I expected him to keep his appointment.

I waited for over an hour and then called Mark who explained he was at Boston for the day and"I can not help ya, pal".
If you make an appointment with your doctor, dentist, or some practitioner, along with a call can not reach you, do they cancel the appointment? Of course not. They maintain the appointment.
My wife booked Mark to come and unhook a gas dryer in front of a move to a property. The movement was the day and this needed to have done.
Mark said he would call to confirm the appointment.
Never again.
I am from a small rural town. One rule is certain: if you do not maintain your appointments, you do not keep your job If you do not keep your word. Period.
Three times ahead of the move that our phone line went dead and with three days left until we had been having it disconnected anyhow, there wasn't any way to get it back up.

Mark does an amazing job and he is an amazing person. I am beyond happy with all the job he's done. Mark is the guy to 12, if you want work done. You're the best, Mark! Thank you!
