Drew Donarumo Plumbing and Heating

Drew came to me. I live within Charlestown and I have used him for two projects since because he was so timely, trustworthy, and efficient. He had a brand-new water heater installed in hours of my outreach. His crew is useful and quite nice also.

These men have been dependable and appear as promised for tiny or big jobs. I Recommended them and they had been happy with the results.

This company is Drew arrived and looked in my project the same day I was able to send someone the identical day and called. I am grateful because I'd cancelled three technicians prior who waited until the previous price that is quoted to change. I was at my wits end. Drew was fair. Did it in under one hour. They cleaned up after themselves, explained how the machine worked, removed the old water heater and also helped with cutting up the cardboard so I could discard it with the recycling. Matt was very knowledgeable with all my questions and transparent with the additional costs for piping which would have to be done before he arrived. Highly recommend these guys for any residential plumbing job.
I had these guys out to put in our new water heater. They were speedy and efficient in hauling off the older one and getting in the new unit. They did some piping job given the elevation difference of the heater that is and did a great job.

I should become a plumber. Why did I go to school?
Two men looked at it, emptied the tank, put in the gaskets, tested for leaks arrived and left. I afterwards got the bill... $325!!! Wow. Parts couldn't be more expensive than $15. That would mean labour per hour per person is about $600 per hour.
The service was fantastic. I had some tank gaskets that had to be substituted in my floor bathroom that was leaking down to the 2nd floor. Except I did not perhaps think that the gaskets could go bad on a 1 year old bathroom I would have done this ! I thought something else was wrong.

Blown off by Drew and the outstanding support of his team. I called on Tuesday afternoon and they arrived out very first thing on Wednesday morning. I understand they have to have had other clients and I was thankful that Drew produced my needs such a priority. Drew had two plumbers out due to the requirement of additional equipment, and came first thing in the morning, evaluated the problem. His men not only worked but they were professional and friendly. The area they worked on was tidy, and I thought when they were done, I went to find a mess and my pipe no longer leaked. I believe I discovered myself a plumber that is permanent! Essential once you have an old house that needs lots of fixing. Call these men. You won't regret it!

WOW! Super quick response and same day service. Second our family members have used this company and will continue to do so time. 1 large task and one smaller. Really efficient, reasonable, left place super clean! Very satisfied we chose on them. Highly recommended. Well done!

BEWARE! You will be scammed by these men. I'm a property manager and utilize dozens of plumbers, electricians. There are many honest plumbers on the market yelp. Since I was in a pinch called Drew and that I had never used these before. He put me in touch with his clearly inexperienced son Matt. Described to them my heating system needed the transformer replaced and that I had a plumber examine it. Matt assured me that he would get my heating system running and was fast to fit me in his program the very following day. All seemed somewhat too good to be true and that I found out that it really was only as soon as they arrived. Dodged the issue for a little, took some electric circuit testers, almost electrocuted themselves, started a little fire, and reasoned the transformer needed to be replaced (I'd already told them it did several occasions!) . Then they advised me that they do not have a license to preform electric work, cornered me at the cellar and demanded that I pay their $185"service" fee or they wouldn't leave. They offered me a discount and sent me a phony receipt that didn't even possess the total paid on it. I've seen this earlier. It is desperate men and women who need to get their heat working in winter and a way to scam grandmas. DO NOT TRUST THEM. That is criminal, I almost called the police.

We phoned Drew to fix a leak in our tub which was costing us money within our water bill! They were able to fix the flow in an hour and were professional , even after having to travel to two different places to buy the parts necessary to deal with problem. I will not hesitate to contact this business for any future plumbing/heating needs!

Matt was reliable and responsive after New Years during the deep freeze. We had a busted pilot light which caused our heat. He stayed in contact and managed to come the next day. He fixed the problem and followed up to make sure we were fulfilled. Guy running a small business!

So delighted with how quickly they were able to get to us. We had a gas leak from the cooker and they were here with in 30 minutes and fixed up it quickly. Great to have a piece of mind.
