His helper and plumber arrived and went right to work. Did occupation. Plumber clarified the wax seal had"rotted out". Previous plumber should have replaced it.
I certainly would urge Foster.
Used them twice. First time was a simple valve replacement. Second time was to fix/replace a toilet wax seal that the next plumber had screwed up.

I used ECF P&H to get an assortment of plumbing issues - fix bathtub drain, fix hot water valve in shower, and install new faucet, install new toilet, line to steam dryer. I found everybody to the plumber from the office staff and apprentice to become professional, friendly, and responsive. Additionally, I thought. We had a sporadic problem that arose when they left but discovered they were very friendly, receptive, and took care of this issue for my satisfaction.
These guys are fantastic! Fixed what was wrong and did not try for a costly replacement to be made by me when it was not needed. Showed up within the two hour window that they promised. Fantastic job!
Used this business in the past with good results but something has changed over the past year. Had furnace serviced to fix a problem. Problem still persists. Unresponsive to calls (six made before given somebody to speak to). Eric must have retired; current staff now inadequate, unprofessional, within their head in running a company. Go elsewhere.
Never got back to me 2 days later. Plumbing was called by me . They sent a technician and apprentice by 12pm of the identical day to my house. The leak was fixed by them . Ronnie and jake thanks . Great men and great services.
We used them. The guys have stock on site, show up in a manner that is timely, are reasonably priced and extremely professional. We will use them going forward.
