He is always punctual and polite. His work is sterling, and his rates are fair. He is excellent at communication. Bill becoming back to me immediately or answers my calls, and he is good about using text messages.
Bill is fantastic! I called him back to connect a new dryer. It is common that builders are difficult to get on the phone, much less come out for a job. But Bill was the opposite. He answered the phone straight away, was polite and professional, and squeezed me in first thing on Saturday morning. When Saturday came, he was right on time (another rarity). He even charged me less than he lent since he finished and hooked up the dryer in a flash.

I discovered an beeping coming out of my basement that I thought was the water heater after my water heater was installed by him. Turns out it was the old unused Verizon FiOS box. He did not think so, however, was kind enough to call the manufacturer. He offered to come again before I figured out the source and look. All that for no charge!

When I had my brand new dishwasher installed, I'd the water supply/drain is connected by Bill, however I needed an electrician to run a new circuit for it. However, I couldn't actually get an electrician return my messages or to answer their phone! Bill was kind enough to talk to convince him to come over and take action. Now that is service!

Rush project at FULL price, total amateur. Plumbing that is worst experience we had.
Showed installed a sink and did not turn the hot water back . Additionally left filthy caulk all over the new sink.Tried to replace toilet, but it did not fit so he reinstalled the old one without reattaching the flapper and left the plastic bolt covers in the tank which made their way into the bowl and would have obstructed it if I had not caught them. Tossed his heavy wrench on our tile flooring and cracked it, kneeled on our washing machine and dented it. Left tons of rust and grime all over the basement floor and above the washing system.

Fantastic support. I've used several times to Bill Murphy . Bill came out exactly at the appointed moment, when my water heater was leaking. All the work was completed professionally - he helped haul out my old water heater. Costs were fair. Would absolutely recommend him!

Bill is fabulous! When we had an emergency I actually found him. He left us an hours appt that evening and fixed our problem!!!! Then we hired him to update our early heating system. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Bill Murphy is the most professional, courteous and capable plumber I've ever used. His rates are far more reasonable than the plumbers who gave me quotes. When I told him was priced much below his competitors, he just said,'pls tell your friends'... Bill said he is focused on long-term relationships, along with word of mouth referrals. He's worked in plumbing, HVAC for several years, along with new construction residential, and residential support. He can handle anything, and does the job . It was nice to feel like I did not get ripped off! I've given his card into a bunch of friends.

I phoned Bill early asking if he had somebody who could fix a kitchen drain. He said he was working on getting a permit but would be able to come by around noon time. My was called by him as soon as he was on his way and was there until the agreed upon time. He called to describe what needed to be done to fix the problem and an estimate on how much and how long it would take. He finished the job and billed me a price for the amount of work done. I would strongly recommend him.
