Heil Plumbing

Two plumbers came out and were considerate. They pulled their shoes off when I did not ask. This is the second time I used them with quick support and the same quality. That they did both instances, when they say they'll come out first thing. We'll require a water heater shortly and I would certainly use them.

They did a fantastic and thorough job. They did not leave a mess. Inform us great advice. Very good excellent work. Highly recommend.

Fix process and the communication was completed in 3 hours on a Monday morning.

Just had a very messy basement plumbing situation solved by Gary Rogers from Heil Plumbing. Although pipes issues are seldom affordable, I could not have been pleased with both the fast, efficient client service provided from the Heil Plumbing office staff, and the thorough and knowledgeable service from Mr. Rogers. He explained the issues and alternatives, and how we'd go about deciding how best to solve the matter. He advised me on how to reduce the chances of this happening again and ordered the parts, needed them delivered fixed my ejector pump issue.

Showed up on time. I do not know what else I can say about them to fill up this space except use them they are great.
Fair price. Excellent work.

I called on a Monday morning and left a message. He called back later in the afternoon and we discussed my plumbing problems. He said he'd stop by later in the day or on another day but, after two months, I haven't heard or seen from him. I guess he is too busy to look after my troubles.

I phoned on Monday concerned to my dining room ceiling about a leak in my floor bathroom. They were able to come out the next day. Keith walked me and was professional, knowledgeable. I follow up and appreciated the information and explanation correction of it. I'd utilize Heil plumbing again in a heartbeat!

I had a great encounter with Heil Plumbing. The individual I talked to on the telephone to arrange our appointment was effective, and allow me to know in advance approximately how much replacing our broken water heater might be, if replacement was be the best alternative (which I really appreciated so we weren't shocked the following day). Gary was friendly when he came, and called to let me know he was on his way before our appointment period. He worked despite some unexpected obstacles with our old water heater, and explained my options and pricing thoroughly. I am delighted to have a company so for any future plumbing requirements.

What can I say? I called at 7:20 AM. They gave us a two hour window from 10 AM to 12 pm. Said they ran ahead of schedule and will and called in AM they come in at 815. In and out by 930, Took payment over the phone since I wasn't home (my parents were). Sent me an email receipt instantaneously. I have a functioning drain now. Money well spent!

Our garbage disposal doesn't work and now two techs arrived to fix it. Both of them are professional and very polite. If we have any difficulty in the future We'll call them. Highly recommend.

Heil's Plumbers are professional courteous, and at reasonable costs - what is not to like/be VERY pleased about?! Heil delivers, so I always call them !

I had Keith come by yesterday to aid that I had in my cellar. He walked and was professional, on time. Very happy with the company and would use them on any future plumbing requirements. If that was possible I'd give 6 stars.

Our water heater was leaking and we scheduled an appointment after receiving a quotation from Heil. Len the Plumber showed up quickly (wouldn't quote over phone) but lent us $500 over Heil so we chose to wait. So glad we did! Will and Nick arrived got the job done quickly to get a price that was reasonable, and cleaned everything. In addition, we have a solar water heater and they ended up linking the lines and removing our old electric water heater. We contacted the water business with a few questions along the way - really appreciate the warning in double-checking of Will to ensure that the job got done correctly first time. There was some sudden dripping on the basement rug when they carried outside the old heater but it cleaned up with carpet cleaner. If the stain wasn't gone when the carpeting dried, will stated, he come back and would rent a carpet cleaner. He left us his cell number. They also installed a brand new outdoor faucet for us (again, at a lower price than Len the Plumber's estimate ). We are very impressed by Heil Plumbing and will surely call them again

We've hired this business a few occasions and have been very pleased. This is a company - one of the sons will do the job and your call will be taken by Laurie Heil. Everyone with come in contact with there is quite friendly, respectful and helpful - and since plumbing problems are often an"crisis" they'll do their very best to find somebody to you. I can not say whether they're the lowest priced service or not - plumbing job is just plain pricey - but I feel they are extremely upfront with us and also offer suggestions to keep prices as reasonable as you can, so I trust them to do the job! We are going to continue to call them.

Heil Company installed a replacement water line after a leak sprung in our line. The line moves under our drive. I cannot say enough about the business and the workers' professionalism at work. They were with. The firm did the challenging job quickly and cleaned up the site beautifully with no harm. It had been like laparoscopic surgery.

I had the misfortune of finding a leak in my cellar coming at the box outside my house out of the water supply. The team came the following day when they said they would and set up the inside of my house and the website to protect my yard and my flooring. All 3 guys on the team were considerate, knowledgeable and so individual with what was to be a herculean task: digging a deeper-than-expected hole in my yard - by hand - in a cold rain (Feb 8, 2013). Never a gripe from among these and they washed up so you'd never know they were still here when they ended. I'm so impressed and would recommend them to anybody. I've worked in/around the building area for more than 20 years - and this team was magnificent. Everything runs just like a clock. Thanks, Mr. Heil!
