I have used these guys several times today and really enjoy them. I don't feel like I am being scammed by them like others.
No hidden fees, price was based on an hourly rate. They'll provide you a free estimate before any work is completed.
I have used them to install a hose bib and to replace a water heater into my kitchen sink. They sent someone although we had a couple issues with the hose bib. Everything works good and customer service has been wonderful.
Plumb Crazy has been the pipes service that is worst ever. They stood me and never called the next time however the plumber never called or showed up. . .don't waste your time or money for this provider. He finished the job and showed three hours later. If I did not inform him I had acceptance for weekday 18, the weekend rate got billed.
My husband and I had any water line problems with our home in Harford County that ultimately turned into the line leaking into the cellar. A neighbor referred us to PlumbCrazy and we could not be more happy with their job. They showed up on time or made together, they managed to work us in their schedule quickly, and were educated and very friendly. You can't beat the job they do for the price they provide --quite reasonable! And they are very careful to take care of your property like wearing booties indoors, cleaning up , etc.. My only criticism is because I would really like to utilize them for our home they don't do function in Baltimore City!
These are the guys I will visit now, use them to get your own small business and now my home, they work on your problems methodically starting with the small things , alot of companies go straight for the big ticket item and you end up shelling out more than needed, not those guys, very friendly service!
They were friendly and very nice. Called before they came when they said they would and came. You also don't use them and if they are out to give you an estimate it costs $91 dollars. They did not tell me over the phone once I made the appointment. Live and learn. The guy was very fine, but after 3 hours is fixed and we must predict the county. Nothing like shelling out a great deal of cash and still have exactly the same problem. I won't be using this business.
I was working Plumb Crazy overtime this summer when a basement flooding resulted in a string of different issues. Every time they came outthey provided a good solution for a reasonable price - in times giving me choices on the best way best to save money on the deal, and at one stage when they could not come out, giving me an incredibly straightforward, intuitive solution over the phone. They are the plumber I phone now.

I thought this was the location, after reading previous reviews. As soon as I spoke to the woman on the telephone I explained the circumstance, I was out of town, my house was under contract to be sold and that I had a few little items that needed addressed and needed a receipt with license number saying they had been completed. I have spent the past five days trying to have said receipt to be told it would be seen by me . The last conversation I'd I explained now was the last day I needed to give documentation (three calls today) with the exact same answer. I call back a half hour prior to closure to find that they had left. Not happy and wouldn't advise using them.
These guys were great! Got the work done and were very nice. Taught me a thing or two in the process. I recommend them to anybody who needs a fantastic plumber and will use them again!
