I'd tune-up in July and Robin Aire Outside for an AC Test.Anthony did a great job, he assessed the unit that was interior and cleaned the unit. The AC was working without any problems and I shall continue to utilize Robin Aire for my HVAC unit.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Paid $16k to possess AC installed in house built in 50's. They installed air equipment in every single area upstairs, but no supplies to kitchen, 1st floor bedroom, hallway, bathroom or mudroom off garage..it feels.like Texas in July! I complained to the operator and find this, he wanted another $7k to fix. I had to call another company. Poor customer support and in my opinion took advantage of me being a grownup. Save yourself and take your business someplace else!

We've been paying for their $16 monthly service care program today. Our furnace went out to a Saturday night, called in and it was. However, the answering service could not answer what the $16 a month insured. On the website it states it covers 24/7 support but they had been telling me it does not. They kept saying I would need to wait till Monday to speak to the workplace. Monday morning called and it was the answering service. They said they'd send along my message and the workplace would call me still no telephone. Absolutely ridiculous.

January I altered my water heater and everything went great! I did need to cover an emergency fee to have a tech out to my house to inform me it needed to be substituted. Not a major thing. We scheduled date and a time to have all went well it replaced. My interaction with this particular company was good and I was happy I utilized them. I figured with the experience I had the first time and they could be my service company, the service program would be well worth it.
I wonder if that will get their attention?
I called on a Sunday and spoke with a representative and asked if I could have somebody. This person said someone would call me to set an appointment up and took my advice. Excellent. A week goes by and no telephone. I call again and speak with a different representative and he tells the exact same thing to me. OK, I'll wait . Another week goes by and nothing. I call again and ask for an emergency visit. The rep tells me there is a charge for emergency visits, but I signed up to your"stress free service plan" under the assumption that I wouldn't need to cover these fees. Not True. I ask to have somebody phone me as soon as possible to schedule this. I composed an email telling them how displeased I was using his or her communication. Two days later I get a call and they inform me that there is no opening for another 9 days. I get this business is occupied and quite large but for your client to be guaranteed solutions through extra compensated programs and then not follow through together, is not perfect. We are going to call somebody else.

Fast forward to September. I detect a pooling of water beneath my furnace. I known as Robin Aire to perform a check and tune up and figured it was a filthy drain line from the A/C running.

No issue with this company. I've got a Mitsubishi Mini Split along with also the technician went the excess mile to address the issue. No cold air! Had me shoot a movie of the error lights when they occurred and arrived back free of charge.He managed to go right to the issue. Other companies simply shrugged their shoulders( waste of money).

I have a 30 year old unit that the warmth worked fine. Trouble with the the fan had to be turned manually. Tim was amazing he determined it was a relay change that is bad. Brian took off the lover and the suitable unit that they installed it Subsequently He was ordered by him and cleaned it was dirt on the rear side I get a year to since the unit 2x cleaned or could not see . The device is currently working good, I have air flow and also the fan comes on much smoother. I recommend everyone get a care appointment. The techs were quickly and very professional. Robin Aire completed up an AC song on my property. Where I'd obtain an AC and Furnace song up for $28 a month Following the song up I was offered a plan. Additionally, if I wanted my AC device or Furnace looked at, I would not be billed for the inspection or the parts. Thankfully, I chose to get the warranty. My AC unit needed a part and broke after obtaining the warranty. Robin Aire repaired my AC at no additional cost and came to my home. I just had my Furnace checked out before winter and the technician discovered. More this was no charge to me. Robin Aire lets me know the name of the technicians also calls to remind me. The technicians at Robin Aire are extremely knowledgeable, polite, and finish the job right the first time. I would highly recommend Robin Aire!

Yes, I agree with All the Reviewers. Robinair technicians want, or are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, helpful, and do not attempt to sell you something you do not want. They do not attempt to throw the fear of God into you when you're emotionally vulnerable. Simply speaking, they can be trusted by you. I have for 18 decades. Bo Tomkie.

I had a high efficiency furnace after meeting with Robiin Air's owner installed 4 years ago. They weren't the low bid, but we're the best at selling themselves and then following up with service and good setup follow up. I use winter and their summer test service up and continue to marvel in their lev of consumer services. I can recommend them. They are great. You will be more than happy with their professional work, if you need a new furnace or air conditioning unit, call them.

I lately (07/27/15) contacted Robin Aire to get an A/C song up. It was the middle of the summer season, and they offered great prices. The service guy (Ryan) was very professional and efficient. My A/C unit washed outside and inside. He flushed the tube and changed my furnace filter. The price was reasonable and affordable. I will continue to conduct business with Robin Aire. With some businesses, you worry about these damaging something and causing you to invest more money. Ryan offered suggestions about the best way best to maintain furnace and my A/C to conserve money. This a company that doesn't make the most of their clients.

I had Cooling Robin Aire Heating & put at a furnace a year and half ago and they had me sign up for a maintenance plan. They did a fantastic job putting the furnace and I was pleased. These days I spoke with them on the phone and explained that I was going to be moving and that my pre-paid fall maintenance visit for my own furnace could occur with the owners. I was told that the strategy was non-refundable and non-transferrable. I tried to reason with the gentleman and told me that I paid for it and that they could possibly be gaining new clients if they only followed through with the trip (which is paid for). He repeated that it was non-refundable and non-transferrable. They'd be losing nothing by continuing to honor the strategy because I paid for it. I feel like their policy essentially amounts to stealing cash. My warning to other people would be to read the fine print and perhaps not even go with the maintenance plan (you actually have to pay for the furnace filters in addition to the maintenance plan by the way and they are not that cheap).

The prices were competitive, the team was pleasant, and also did an excellent job of cleaning up.
May 27 Mike came out, looked at my Furnace (24 yr old Lennox) and AC setup. We discussed my choices, cost, and financing for about 30 minutes. We spent about 2 hours talking about our kids and loved ones. I decided that night to replace the furnace and AC since the term rewards outweighed the cost. I phoned Mike on his cell phone and he said the next day, the team will be here at 10 AM.
This all started when my AC ceased functioning on May 26. Steve from Robin Aire discovered a blown fuse and cables in my Lennox and came out. He made the repairs that were necessary but found that the condenser was shot. We sat down and he gave me an idea my different choices were going to cost.
10AM two men showed up and started taking out the old furnace and AC. It was obvious that their teams were stretched a little thin and busy. When they were completed with another job, Two more men showed up a few hours. They installed the furnace and replaced and fixed things that they were not needed to do. They were done by 6 but they spent over an hour testing and ensuring the system worked.
I would recommend them to anybody.
I can not say enough nice things about Robin Aire. And not just 1 individual. Everyone from Mike in earnings, to the women in the workplace, to Eric the installer and his team.

Could not have been kinder. Great first impression. When the man came to mend my A/C he looked far maintenance and also a maintenance contract fixing my now broken A/C. He did mend he . .but the market was actually not valued. He spent WAY too much time pushing on this maintenance contract. Will call someone later on.

The quote was the best that I received, both from Scott at the call and the price to ensure I had no questions concerning it. I really like the phone calls from the office permitting you to know the guys are on the way. They were on time and did the job they quoted. I'll never use another company to work in my boiler.
