I jetted at 2 distinct locations and had my 2 of my rental properties swear line snake. The operator name is Donoldo. He was a dedicated man that took his time doing it until it washed and got stuck after that mess. Excellent firm with people. I would highly recommend it company.

Employed Shelby Mechanical to clear a blocked drain. Professional and polite. Did a very comprehensive job. Tested drain to be certain it was apparent. Inform us informed of everything that they do. Cleaned up after the job was completed. Acceptable price - no hidden charges.
I hired Ron from Shelby Mechanical to conduct my pipes I set off the back off my home. He was very knowledgable and possess and came in to see me and my wife me great ideas of how to design the pipes in a very tight space. His staff lead by Tony and Dominic were respectful and clean of my house and family. They were on time and professional. I only am giving 4 stars (he deserves 4.5), since I think he might have billed me to get his full time for visiting Menards - which I understand I want to pay for his time, however at the exact same time he should've already had the component since I explained over the phone what was wanted before hand So maybe I ought to have been billed possibly half- his hourly rate for his trip to Menards. But no matter, he did the job and did an outstanding job at it. I will utilize Shelby Mechanical again.
The plumber also fixed the sink. He bought a very long hose and then then went to Menards and transferred the washer and drier for me. What service!!!
I suggest Shelby Mechanical and will use them again. I found Shelby Mechanical on Home Advisor. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone - instead of charging me he talked me through what could have been the problem; he gave me guidance about how to fix it myself. How considerate. Well, I never did it so I phoned him back. He was prepared to come. I wanted assistance shifting my and had a leak in my kitchen sink. The water hose for my washer has been too short so the doors were not suitable, so the installers put in the washer and drier backwards. With washer, you cannot swap the door.
The plumber has been on time. Her place to cover his shoes. He was very polite.
