3 years in my house and on the lawn care business. Of contracting McIntosh, after my first month I must say I'm impressed. I wish I would have called them my very first year. The cuts are and bud has that new look where other companies mowers would render a ripped up lawn or uneven lines. Thank you McIntosh!
Their customer service is dismissive. I would anticipate some regard for is we cover. You'd be better off with a bunch of goats chewing on your lawn then. They treat you without any respect
Our first year with this business, and we're VERY. We never know when they're going to appear. Leave messages, and nobody calls us back. Regardless of the wet weather, it's been almost two weeks since they have mowed our lawn. Providers appear on even a holiday or even the weekends. All we get is excuses. Unless something drastically changes, this is our final year with this company.
I utilized McIntosh again for dispersing limestone on my driveway and pleased with their private service. They used to do my snow plowing before residential service was given up by them and if they ever resume residential snow plowing, I'd be the first to call them and get on their record. Can't say enough good about the company. Thank you.
Until their prices went up, the work is good but expensive they were used by me for many years. Also had problems with billing. We had differences at the sum owed mainly because of a invoice format that is perplexing.
Lawn care! Fantastic service, these guys know what they're currently doing. . .yard hasn't looked better.
