Sent message via Yelp requesting a quotation for a busted shut off valve to my shower. Within minutes I received a response from Steve the owner with a quote and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day! They fixed the issue, came on time, and billed exactly what they estimated. Min or no hidden charges add on's. I'm a stickler for Responsiveness , Quality work and Client Service. First Class Plumbing exceeded my expectations! Would definitely recommend!

Back in March, I needed some work to put in a brand new drain assembly in a bathroom sink. I reached out to First-Class Plumbing due to their place and Yelp rating. I delivered a message through Yelp on a Sunday requesting a quote and received a response within minutes. I had been provided a price for the job, which he indicated was their apartment rate for repairs. I added that I also needed a pop-up rod installed in another toilet sink, and he indicated that they could do this as well.
An appointment was put up by me, and Jon came out on time and proceeded to perform the job. All in all, the scheduling was easy, the response time was fantastic, and the standard of work was great.

Fixes have been completed by owner Steve on things including installing a water softner, at my home. Professional, quality work at good rates. No need to go everywhere else for my plumbing needs.

After asking a quote First Class Plumbing offered to come out to my home. Their estimate, which was just like the price, was lower than issues I needed fixed.
Additionally, Scheduling was easy....which isn't always true with home repairs, and work was completed economically.

My mistake, I'd forgot that the issue about the mounts.

The name says it contacted Steve and that he reacted quickly, we put up an appointment to get an estimate and he was able to match in a very time endeavor. When he said finished the work as described and cleaned the region , he showed up. Offering you FIrst Class Plumbing you'll be my first call for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

Eh. They worked at my home but the attention to detail was missing. Had to call them back several times and they had me go get chalk and I'm taking a look at chalk 31, because I really don't know good from bad idiot. They need to come prepared not sort of prepared.

Since I did not have one installed an outdoor water spigot. First they hunted to make certain there wasn't one. Then they did the job for the price someone else. Quick work, super friendly man and the spigot functions. Thank you!

Our hot water heater was installed by adam in early January. He answered all our questions, gave us a cost, and did a job that was tidy and professional. Since he had been out, I asked him for a quote on installing the kitchen in addition to all faucets in the bathrooms and replacing each of our toilet sinks. He did a very thorough job, provided the sinks, installed the taps we purchased and offered us a quote that was fair. He will be my go-to plumber from today on. Highly recommend!

Really professional and friendly Plumbers! Had my water heater with no hiccups, and kept it blank. I enjoyed the fact they were able to accommodate my job schedule and do not charge extra for after 5:00.

I had. I sent a message about time and price, and the answer was very fast. The rate was fair because of it being a weekend, and it was not an extra charge. They could send someone. I am happy with the service and will surely contact them if I should need a plumber later on. I definitely recommend this company.

I had Adam came out within a few hours and diagnosed the problem, and made to go pick up the part. After a few hours he had been back and installed the part. I told him about a lack of water pressure in my kitchen faucet. He took the nozzle off of this fixture and removed a little part made to conserve water, place it back together and the water pressure is really where it ought to be (No excess charge). I am happy.

I'm very impressed with all the work that First Class Plumbing did at my house. I contacted plumbing companies via Yelp to replace 1 outside hose connection and 2 inside shutoff valves. They were reasonably priced and very responsive. Scott took the opportunity to describe all that needed to be performed in order to complete the work and noted an additional shutoff that will have to be replaced in the near future. Needless to say, this is a business that I will rely on and hope for all plumbing work required and any!

Steve did great task to replace the water heater. I phoned him and he got the job done by 1pm on the day. We're very satisfied with the new water heater.
