Monday: their prices were a little high and Their support was okay. The problem was fixed until Friday and it was backing up.
Friday: I called them at 8:30am and left a message. I waited to get their telephone due to their site it said"ALWAYS SPEAK TO A PERSON OR RECEIVE A RETURN PHONE CALL IN MAXIMUM 30 MINUTES". They couldn't be reached by me . I don't believe if it is not correct, that they should put that on their site. As soon as I got a hold of somebody they told me there was not warranty for the pipes that they did and I was going to need to pay they could not come out the exact same day so I had to call somebody else.
I had two instances where they were called by me within the week. I'd predicted because my basement was flooding.
I had an emergency the day before Thanksgiving! I tried calling plumbers, Matt was the only one. He showed up in just a half an hour and was done 45 minutes afterwards. Great service! Cleaned up after themselves also!
Had an excellent experience working with Carters plumbing. I would certainly recommend them. I had a bad water leak on my primary water line. We called Carters pipes on a Saturday evening at 8:00 PM. A plumbing technician by the name of Andy showed up within the hour like was guaranteed over the telephone. He mended my problem immediately and had all the components. He was extremely professional all the way round with his performance. Carters charged me $249.00 witch I thought was quite reasonable for a master plumber fixing a plumbing emergency in my home at 10:00 on a Saturday night. Must give a 5 star score in the service industry to Carters pipes.
I really don't recommend this company to anyone. I contacted Carters plumbing after dwelling in a residence for two days and had a fluid in my toilet. Carters serviced my home onto 1/25 snaking my drain and substituting the wax seal. Two days after my toilet fluids. I predicted leaving a message stating I want them service my home again and to return and we are nearly 3 times later and no call back! Not what I call customer service!!
Pleasant guys, but I had mentioned needing a waterjet for drain clearance, they attempted to snake the drain came out and did not have waterjet. Wasted a day of waiting and did not provide support.
If their driver's operation is indicative of their functionality, I would stay away. He pulled out in to the lane of M59 and gave us the one finger while he chose his desire to get in front of everyone was more significant than our safety or desire to get home. After phoning the number I was left to feel that his poor day was more significant than traffic legislation or my safety. I would google the issue and see what you could do in your own. If you are going to be a jerk with a phone number on your truck, you are going to be a jerk all the time.
I phoned Carter's Plumbing and asked for clearing out a sewer drain. Matt, the owner, told me that an hour wasn't generally taken over by the job and then it'd be $100 an hour , and that there are a service call charge. I presumed I'd be paying something like $169. However, when Eric arrived at my home '' he said it'd be $239. When I questioned the cost contrary to what I was quoted, Eric said it was a flat rate for primary drain cleaning that included the $69 service call charge, and the $100 a hour applied over and over the $239 flat rate in case the job took too long. I might utilize one if that was the case of the other companies I'd called and told him I'd gotten other quotes for under $239. I was told that I would have to pay the service call charge even when they left and did NOTHING! This is a bad way to run a company, looking at the other reviews, they scamming people. Stay away at all costs!
Had to have some old piping replaced at a shower booth and Carter's Plumbing took care of everything very professionally and at a wonderful price. Kim, the plumber, knew exactly what needed to be performed and gave an specific quote. Other firms said I needed to tear tile out to repair everything, but Carter's was able to do it without disturbing any of their tile. Will definitely be calling them again I may need. Honest, dependable and fair pricing.
