Jim helped us out that plumbers rejected as well as did it for half the price quoted by others. He was rather fast both in his reaction time and work time. Everything was simple and painless. He was transparent with his timeline and pricing took care of a few other minor issues that had been ailing us while here, and was pleasant.

This is the only plumber we've used since 1999. Jim started in Farmington and the business has proceeded into Lake Elmo. He has installed new dishwashers, water heaters, and repaired leaky bathtubs with arm assembly that was fresh. He is very personable, honest and reliable. Labour is $150 an hour. He licensed and is non union. He is teaching his son who is currently apprenticing under him. He has 29 years experience. Highly recommend. Support independent small business owners.
