Best part, they made me conscious of a 250 energy rebate I qualified for by having them install a Rheem! They filled out the paperwork, it was signed by me, they sent it in, and I just got my check from CenterPoint!!

Their work done, done , and was completed in hours. They disposed of old gear, cleaned up, and we had hot water immediately. It is like they were not there.
Jesse and his group of professionals set up a fresh power vent water heater outside the side of my property, replacing an outdated natural port water heater (and pile ) that took up a lot of space (through a chase) in our little, main bathroom. I will complete the open concept remodel of our toilet!
Fortunately, the majority of this was compensated for by the home warranty, but it's not what I'd call 5-star service.

Incidentally, the bill also did not make a Whole Lot of sense:
On the down side, they installed the furnace without replacing some of the out-of-code parts attached to it (illegal), did not have it scrutinized then, and left me with several code violations and also a potentially harmful in-line vent contraption that every mechanical contractor since then has told me I need to get rid of, and they should not have left. They also used foil tape for pretty much everything, which looked a little shoddy (some of it came off a few weeks afterwards ).
I had my furnace replaced months past, under Home Warranty, by All Climate Mechanical, also I have to say, I wasn't pleased with the outcome. The only redeeming quality was that the two children who came to put in it were nice, and seemed to care.
On Sunday, my hot water heater went ashore. My husband and I called around to some areas and we landed to perform the job.
The experience was A+. I can be a high maintenance customer at times when the expense is high. I do a lot of research can be indecisive, have lots of doubts and ask a great deal of questions.
They were genuine, understanding and flexible. In addition to that my new hot water heater was installed by them today. Quick great work, great price and excellent professionals. I absolutely recommend this business for your plumbing needs. You can't get better service.
