The technician found a crack in the heat exchanger. We moved over the choices and I decided to have them install a eff. Tempstar furnace. I did store a couple of businesses and the sales people didn't understand were very high and also exactly what they were doing. I predicted H2C back to let them understand that they are right when they state"Bringing fair pricing back to the Twin Cities." The group was outside the following day.
