We had a clog and it was late at night. SOS had someone (Jordan) come out and did a wonderful job. Can't thank SOS enough!
What a Tragedy! I called due to a leak around the drain. I woke up the next morning along with my basement was flooded....the basement that I just spent $10,000 on having renovated!!
I disputed the $180 fee. I never heard a job back in the business from anybody. They ignored my email.
I wouldn't ever use them
I ended up phoning my handy guy and he came over. He said that"Brad" didn't use any sort of pipes"dope" about the drain once he set the drain cover back on. NOTHING! The water softener emptied that the bathroom flooded and went into the living room. Brad was not able while he had been there to fix the problem.
My cellar drain was clogged and I was referred to SOS with a friend. Brad was out within 15 minutes and it required him less than an hour to find apparent it & the problem. Friendly polite support from everyone I dealt with now. Highly recommended.
