I have only good things to say about their services and this company! My water heater died and the tech they sent out was exceptionally knowledgeable. Ask for Michael Eisele! He gave me a few choices and answered all of my questions (and I asked A LOT of questions.) He had been respectful and patient . Since it is the best there is I wound up with a water heater and it's incredibly efficient. The installation was organized and fast and I had water. If you want to be treated with respect because we ALL know that nobody would like to spend money and want a positive experience HIRE THESE GUYS!
I have to say I felt scammed. I asked on the phone I got a run-around response the situation would be assessed by the tech if they got there and offer a quote and what the price is to have a clogged drain snaked. After scheduling the appointment between 2 and 11, I get a call that it likely will not be till between 2 and 4pm. Only the technician telling it would be $ 295 to clear the drain, when the tech arrived there was zero evaluation completed. Seriously $295 couldn't have come upon birth faster from his mouth. I am not certain this couldn't have been told over the phone to me. The one thing I can think of is that you are trying to trap people into paying this high cost. Its previous 2pm at this point case scenario if your service isn't used by me is that I could maybe get another company out the day. Frankly, its dishonest. Nobody would use your support in the event that this cost was quoted by you up front.
Then was zero attempt to keep a work area that is clean . You just slap the system back on the rug in my kitchen and trail fluid from the drain on the ground when they carried out the equipment. I've a baby crawling around. You think I need them crawling through that! Taking into consideration I would have expected better support.
