I had some major flooding in my basement because of a sump pump issue (among others) so I called Kevin Ginnings pipes. Mike came out and did a full evaluation of my problem and made recommendations. Mike worked until approximately 8:30 p.m. 1 night to make sure the problem has been fixed. The mess was cleaned up when Mike left he made sure and operate was excellent. If you need it done right, I'd call this provider. No corners were cut by him.

A previous plumber that I had contracted bailed on providing since he lived an hour me service. I managed to locate Kevin Ginnings Plumbing and that he was quite accommodating in tasking his tech, Dale, to resolve some plumbing issues. I clarified the issues and that he managed to give a quote on the phone to me. I decided to go with his services and he managed to take care of the plumbing issues straight away. Obviously, Dale managed to catch me.
Kudos to Dale to be a fantastic tech, but bad business choice on Kevin's part. Trust from your clients is the biggest ally in business. You are not helping yourself.
For instance, if you go to a restaurant, grocery store, etc. and have a voucher you do not need to notify the establishment that you have a voucher prior to them serving you food or obtaining shopping items in your cart. All you have to do is present the voucher prior to payment and the difference is taken by them off of the bill. Kevin, if you're not going to honor your prices you need ton't falsely advertise.
I feel that the payment process is flawed although the support and professionalism from Dale are 5 stars. In the time of composing Kevin Ginnings offerred a coupon yelp special of"$69 for $150 Deal" which is what led me to utilizing their services in the first place. The deal doesn't specify that I want to purchase the promotional prior to the job. Because I hadn't paid for my bill, I presumed that the voucher can be used by me even though the job was conducted. Kevin Ginnings advised me that the voucher can't be purchased by me after the job was done. First off, this is extremely disappointing because you advertised because I was interested. But more importantly, by not devoting your deal, it demonstrates that this advertisement.

WARNING!!! If you don't do not care about being robbed, do NOT call this business. My water service entrance valve dripped and we called Ginnings to repair as I am physically unable to do such things. The represenative was here for approximately an hour total and presented me with a bill of $450.00 after acute protests he wholeheartedly (sarc) decreased the sum to $385.50. This to replace a valve that would not cost $50 on the Plaza over. To me this is elder abuse and fraud like they have completed to benefit from older folks. Just know and be aware that in the event that you do not get a company bid you'll be taken to the cleaners.
