I called Blue Mills Plumbing to repair a leaky faucet. They were able to schedule the job for the same week. They told me it would cost! Was so professional! He installed a brand-new faucet, which works. Before he left and the mess cleaned up. I will be calling this company again!
I'm giving 1 star due to exorbitant billing and lack of professionalism. I have hired this business before and was pleased. I think there should have been a change in management or ownership since that time. They were hired to set up. They showed marginally late up and the person who appeared to be in charge instantly told me about guy should be coming to ease him throughout the job. They were in my own house for 3hrs 45min and charged $660 for the work of"2 guys". The bill was abandoned on the counter because of me having to go into an internet meeting than I expected, since the install of 4 faucets took longer. We found a leak that night. My husband called the following day to report the leak and discuss the bill. He had been told they could pick up the charger they left immediately but couldn't fix the leak until Monday (this was Thursday). Because he might have charged us for 3 guys the man he talked to told him we were blessed. I couldn't think since there were NEVER 3 guys working at any particular 19, that was his reply. There was hardly two guys working in a time because of the one needing advice every step of the way (I don't mind this until I get charged by the hour to this ). This company doesn't provide discounts, but that's to be expected considering their other practices. Harass my husband and they did return on Monday to fix escape. We chose to file BBB complaint they had not responded to for 3 weeks at time of this review. We further opted to hold payment for 30 days as indicated allowed on bill. We decided to provide the opportunity to make this right and not review them until the time they didn't respond and payment was expected to them. They have not responded and we're mailing payment now.
This past time, they had been truly a lifesaver, although we've used them a few days. They showed up so fast after we called and explained that we were in deep (actually, ugh!) . Their service people are awesome, and they even cleaned up after they had solved the issue. I must have service people I can trust to be honest and also to do the work right the first time every time, and Blue Mills plumbing fulfilled with all our expectations. I am keeping them speed-dial! P.S. Not sure why it thinks I am in California... I am right here in Him!
Great support! Dug up our sewer line in front lawn for origins. Saved us over $2000 over other bid. Great workers and work.
