Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

So that I tried them again I've had Roto Rooter come out one time before and they were successful. Keith stuck in 3 minutes and got the lineup in. After nearly 6 weeks we have our bathroom, and it's fully functional! Will call Roto Rooter the very first time next time a drain clogs .
Keith did what two other technicians couldn't, and was super professional! We'd just completed a a bathroom remodel and the drain clogged the first time it was used by us. We used a local name builder to install the vanity from a single and they had to cut on line that was galvanized to split it. Have to have gunked our lineup up in the procedure.
Prior to installing the drain that was double to conduct a lineup, I asked them but they said it looked good and did not need it. Clogged on the utilization of course. So I had them come out and attempt to run a line. No luck had their supervisor and a drain specialist. . No fortune. replacing the lineup in the ceiling would have cost me thousands of dollars they were trying to sell me.

Ok, no big deal we rescheduled for another week. We receive a call is in their way. I receive a call from the tech asking what he do . I explained to him what the last tech that gave us our quote stated, (it is sump pump issues). He explained he would need to charge us $4000 for a new sump pump and they don't really do that type of work and they do not enjoy doing that kind of work so I should find someone else. Then why would we be quoted by the tech on it if it was something they did not do? Awful support.

Called to unplug my sewer drain. Said no issue, would have somebody out there within 2 hours. Called back 2 hours later and stated their"scheduling books were closed for the day" but that they could come . Never again!

Enjoy a house full of no water and company. Called at 6:00 pm and they had been out that evening and got up us am running. Brad was checked to make certain there were no additional issues.

Coordination was awful. And personnel onsite were bizarre at best. NOT comfortable in the house with them!

As a result of Roto-Rooter for service installing a kitchen faucet as well as our main water valve to home. Omar was fantastic....professional, capable and pleasant. We have used Roto-Rooter MANY times over the years. Always service. Thanks so far.

I scheduled an appointment to have Roto-Rooter clean my kitchen drain, since the sink has been clogged/backing up. It was quite convenient to schedule something on the web. They called about 30 minutes as promised, before the tech arrived at my home. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. He successfully did his job and explained to me exactly what was going on to create the clog in the first place. Overall, a enjoyable experience, and I'll definitely keep Roto-Rooter in mind when I want this kind of service later on.

In the time that it took between Roto-Rooter overlooking the appointment window along with me calling to cancel it (roughly 2 hours), Bob Hamilton was out to scope my sewer line, delivered a different guy to auger out it, and sent the range guy back to see if there were any additional issues.

We had a water leak on New Year's Day. We called around 11 am and were told someone would come by our home now to look at it. We known at 4:30, 7:30, and 8:15. At every telephone call, we had been told that we were still on the schedule but they were uncertain what time. Every time, they informed us they would call us back in a few moments when they decided it would be, but they never did. Now, eventually, we were told by them that not only would they not be able to get to it, but they wouldn't have time before January 4th. We had been on hold at least 15 minutes. Horrible communication, customer service, and telephone system. We waited all day for them and our water flow is worse. I do not recommend this company. I'd give less than one star if possible.

Today- called at 5:50pm simply to double check we were on the program - very rude dispatcher stated yes we had been. So I asked if she knew where we had been consistent, which she responded with"There are lots of people, that's why they call you before they come out." Thanks lady, I understand that, but as you didn't get us don't you think we should probably be towards the beginning of the list tonight?!
Anyhow, tech called tonight stating we were on his list before he came our way, and he'd call 30 minutes. Well it is 9:50pm and they just called to say that they continue to be seriously currently running behind, but they will send out someone . It people We advised them to just take us off their list and that we would call another company!
2nd night in a row- no show! Disappointed. Yesterday I knew earlier that afternoon, as we booked them. Were put down to the place. They predicted at 7:20pm stating that they had been extremely far behind but would call each hr to check in. Next call wasn't until 10:30pmwe said it was too late and asked if we could do precisely the same time slot tomorrow (today) they stated absolutely!

I asked three people for a quote and was consistently told, we're only dispatch we do not have pricing. The guy needed 345 to find my sewer and showed up. I am aware that it could have taken 30 minutes to him. Get bent roto-rooter.

I had water damage in the basement and it was a mystery where the water was coming from. Rodney Albert # 315 and # 1608 were meticulous in finding the source. They kept me updated throughout the project. Unfortuantelythey needed to dismantle cabinets and remove part of the ceiling to discover. The trash was hauled away on schedule and they did a great job cleaning up too. I suggest Roto Rooter!

I'll bet you are wondering why my review went out of 5 stars all the way down to 1. Important drop?
So here are what made them drop:
However, when they did the time appear, they screwed up BIG time. We had our water heater which had sprung a leak is replaced by them. The plumber drained sediment and the water all over the basement floor making a enormous mess that we're still battling since the sediment is difficult to clean and always gets tracked around. But here is the really major screw up that has been life threatening: '' He did not take the opportunity to correctly install it leaving the ductwork unsealed so it could leak carbon monoxide. Lucky for us, we've got an old drafty house, so we did not have a carbon monoxide build up. I honestly did not even notice it right away. After we got our HVAC ducts replaced, the firm we hired it and repaired it. However, this could have literally been a mistake. . .but it really wasn't a mistake. It had been easy laziness on the part of somebody who did not care to do the work right. So following this adventure, I will never employ them. They do not deserve my business or anyone else's if they are so careless about existence.
The last time they never showed up. We're supposed to have a return call, but we were bailed on by them. We stayed up very late at night waiting for them, but never got a return call.

I had a similar experience to additional one star reviews on this. I scheduled an appointment last night to the 12:00-4:00pm window now. At 2:11pm someone called and told me that they were running behind and would get to my home when possible. I appreciated this update it had been the one I purchased from the company. No one called me back, although Every time would be in touch again. During the 6:00pm call I told them when someone was intending to come back, that I just needed to know or when I need to plan on rescheduling. I was told by them they would still be here tonight but would phone if it couldn't be made by them. At 9:00pm I hadn't heard anything called again. This time I managed to speak with a manager and was told that they had to reschedule for tomorrow. (5 hours after my final window period and only after I called for the third time to test in.) I'm unable to carry off work again in hopes tomorrow, they will really show, and so I was told by them that they can send someone out . I know running behind schedule and would have been accommodating when they had been phoning with updates as promised, and to reschedule. This ordeal was handled by them unprofessionally and I'd be more willing to use a competition compared to phone them back later on.

They came out first thing the next morning, Dwayne (tech #3453) was exceptionally courteous and professional! He explained the whole process of what he'd be doing today. He made recommendations on how to maintain prevention and our plumbing out of our problem happening. I would ask for him again should we need to call in their services again!

Keith was personable, very communicative and efficient. I phoned and he arrived within approximately 30-40 minutes of my support request. He gave advice that was necessary in a way and walked me through a few options. They did a great job and was glad they were able to work so quickly.

Dwayne (Tech #3453) was as nice as it gets! Only 4 stars b/c that the cost is outrageous for less than an hour of work that took one guy though.

A 90 year old home on the coldest day of December and snow covered streets at 10 o'clock at night... what could go wrong? Well everything, naturally! Dave (TECH 0393) saved the day! Thanks a lot! I've peace of mind knowing we've got a person to bail us out at 11pm, since I know we aren't out of the woods yet with all the plumbing at this home!

Called for service on backed up kitchen drain at 8am. 10:30 arrived around 9:30 and did jason Meyer 0131. Very pleased!! Can use Roto-Rooter again!!

We'd Dwayne #3453 visit our house to fix a clogged drain. This was our first experience with Roto-Rooter and that I couldn't be more pleased. He was friendly and professional. He gave me some tips for having a cleaner to prevent additional clogs throughout our home to aid all drains. I will use Roto-Rooter in the long run, but hopefully won't need to anytime soon thanks to Roto-Rooter and Dwayne.
