Our sump pump stopped working during a spring torrential downpour. We made a call to Crosby Plumbing about and they had been there to replace our sump pump. They were courteous, quick and came back the following day once I had questions on it was running to examine the pump. The pump running and was installed a couple of weeks. I would suggest Crosby Plumbing and plan on using them again if needed.
Had a plumbing issue I thought I could do but after going to 3 stores and knowing what to do I phoned Crosby plumbing. I thought they would have to replace some pipe things. They told me where I could find the part because it was like a 60 second mend AND they did not charge for the trip, so that I could replace it myself. Class Act! Highly recommend them!
That this firm will not stand by its term although I've had bad experiences with plumbers. I plan on calling them from now on.
