Brandon :Promoting our home and after 46 years a root was found in the drain.
I would recommend SewerPros and be sure you request their very best technician Brandon...
SewerPros delivered out their very best technician... Brandon.
You need to wait until they send you a survey...
From the minute he pulled up he was polite.
Thanks Brandon for taking care of our problem...
He can carry on a conversation while doing his work and the best part is as it is being done by him, that he explains everything.
Had a drain backing up while we ran laundry. After moving into a home this was discovered. Sewer Guru's came out and had it unclogged in moments with no issues. The tech had the historic details on the home because he had been there prior to the closing to diagnose a issue. He was considerate and professional and provided recommendations and context. Thanks!
Updating inspection to frighten consumers: This company advised us that there's a crack in our pipe that the county has to replace. We asked this company to send us the disk and fill out. They informed us our existing review can't be used by us and have to cover another. This business is a scam.
Great service at a price that is reasonable. Some businesses say that they charge a service call fee and then will not offer a quotation until they are on-site. Sewer Pros receives and charges a reasonable fee that they will tell you then gets the job done. I utilize them for all my work that is sewer and have several rental houses.
He did cabling and did another movie. He showed us"hundreds of baby wipes" and claimed those have been put in there by us, recently, because he wouldn't have overlooked those wipes the first moment. Neither my boyfriend nor I flushed any type of white cloth cloth (except toilet paper) our bathrooms, and we'd hardly employed the basement bathroom in any respect, at that point. He told us we would have to have someone come out to do hydrojetting, but told us to not call Roto-Rooters because theywouldn't do a fantastic job and'd charge.
The announcement -
-SewerPros employee told us someone had flushed those in the last few days, or even the hour. Roto-Rooters clarified they were in there quite some time and being pushed , brought back up again (and clogging the toilet pipes).
-Roto-Rooters uncovered 100+ flushable wipes.
This is now a nightmare the first week. Instead thinking them of taking care of the customers, and listening to them, we blamed and were told we were incorrect.
After all of this, I called a supervisor from SewerPros this afternoon, hoping he would understand work and our frustration . Instead, he talked over, continued to explain how I had been wrong, and continually said"we headed you in the right direction." 1) No, you didn't. 2) I didn't pay to be directed; I paid to have a task researched and fixed.
BE WARY. When you truly need the work done if your home review has been done by these men, go everywhere. In case you have to employ a business for an inspection, I would stay away from SewerPros.
I am not sure how they are still operate with this business model. Instead of"the customer is always right," their mottos are"I trust my men" and"you're mistaken."
You're not a police force, military, or brotherhood. You're assumed to be a business enterprise.
"this situation was caused by wet wipes being put in the line between May 27th and June 4th, and not by any negligence on our part."
(Three visits such as review, upwards of $700-800, no replies, no customer service.)
*******Reponse into Rick below, since this is the only way to respond publicly***********
"I believe my men" should not take precedence over"take care of their customer."
Like many of the reviewers SewerPros gave us an estimate, did our new home inspection, and so were hired to do.
The SewerPros - where they won't fix your plumbing issues, remain until they understand the cause, or take care of clients - but they will"lead you in the right direction."
-Logically owners flushed hundreds of wipes in that toilet.
-We used that toilet.
Is both ) false( and 2) again, is the business blaming paying clients, rather than taking care of them.
We did call Roto-Rooters, and they were not the only ones who came out, found the problem (hundreds of wipes stuck in the pipes for the toilet and shower, clogging our plumbing). Justin from Roto-Rooters guaranteed our occupation for six months, explained this, and worked to clean our now-contaminated cellar and get the costs covered.
FACTS
After going and getting the keys, we had a man from SewerPros come out to do so cabling work. He remained longer than expected, but said the task has been completed. He even paid him extra for his extra time. A week or so after his trip, we flushed the bathroom and FILTHY SEWAGE WATER came up throughout the basement shower. We were horrified. Obviously, we predicted SewerPros and they shipped the same man straight out. He claimed that, because our very first occupation had no guarantee or warranty (due to us not having the proper access point from St. Louis County Public Works and because he had found"wipes"), it had been believed"another job" and we would have to pay him .
-We had only lived there a couple of times, and you were known to do the work.
At the day's end, SewerPros should have uncovered the problem on the trip, but did not. SewerPros researched or should have snaked that bathroom closely where sewage was building up, because that's, but did not.
They sent a technician within minutes of my distress call of my basement backup using raw sewage. They were aware to cleanlyness professional, and fast to resolve the problem. They also gave me great advise to avoid issues. I predicted two other companies which weren't able to come today. I'd recommend them to anyone!!!
My wife inadvertently threw a paper towel down the toilet and in just a few days my basement drain backed up.
Rob was professional and extremely pleasant. He walked through his findings, explaining things in layman's terms clearly to me. I highly recommend!
The inspector gave a fantastic explanation on site of what he answered all my questions and found. Quick and efficient service. Two thumbs up.
Be certain to get the scope of work in writing. If their two hours are up they're done if the job is complete or not and then they claim this was advised over the telephone to you! Be certain to request the cabling the camera inspection is useless unless the line does not have water in it the tech even made this remark and you need to unclog the line. Then the company says we need it since the camera inspection is a necessity by the City of St. Charles for the lateral program because we must have larger problems. The City of St. Charles does not need or even examine the camera inspection report for your lateral program they need they do their camera inspection. The following day before it was unclogged it was a joy to work we had Premir Sewers out to our home and worked on the clog.
In assessing our system we value your teams efficiency. Reports and the details, both written in addition to the movie, were most useful. Thank you!
Go ahead and hire them they may not mess up that, but I would not trust them before you buy a house, you may end up paying more just like we did, than you expected.
They didn't go and backed out of the line, when sewer pro's hit a snag. If they gone and had done their job we never would have bought the home and would have found this to begin with. Sewer pro's negligence cost me thousands to get that repaired. We needed to dig lines up and divide the cellar to reach the old pipes so they could be replaced.
When we bought our home, used this business to get a line review. The technician scoped the line and said we should find the house owners to perform a reinspect only in the event of the video we obtained from the company didn't show anything of significance. A compromise was mended the company did the reinspect and we thought everything was OKWe moved in and after 5 back installments roto rooter found a huge compromise which was missed. They watched the sewer pro's video which was supplied to us and revealed us the collapse of this business to perform their job correctly.
No business is great but they all had the exact same view, after asking two other plumbing businesses, besides roto-rooter, to examine the video, the company didn't perform their job. One professional had the opinion that the video was lied on by the technician and maintained he had done something he hadn't.
So we had a simple option, pay thousands to find the job repaired or pay even more to find a lawyer and seek reimbursement for the mistake, we went ahead with only fixing the problem because the cash attorneys wanted just to consider the case and get started building a case was more than what it would cost to fix the problem.
I don't expect everybody to be perfect and all of us make errors, but this mistake ended up costing me thousands of dollars that I should not of had to invest if they had done their jobs correctly. So many issues were missed and they were obvious problems (at least they should have been clear to a business that does this for a living).
You came on time, got right to work, took into account my comments about the issue, and finished some intense cabling that resolved my problem (basement backup). I received a link for my camera footage and it was all more affordable than my prior plumber!
This is a service with staff that is friendly that is well trained. As a first time house buyer getting inspections done on a house that was not mine was nerve racking. They carefully inspected everything they needed. Explained everything in a really helpful manner and were early. Would highly recommend to anyone getting work or testimonials required. Only reason was that I have only used for an inspection. Once we can make them come out for additional work my critique changes. Will be using later on! Price wasn't bad! Again as a first time home buyer I am very careful as to who I hire. Got highly suggested to utilize the sewer pros. And I know why! They were good. Thanks Jim! (tech) and sorry there was a man helping him he was good also! Sorry I don't recall your name!!! #BadWithNames
I'm warming up to you men. The past several reviews have been better the locations have been better that the inspectors have been better. I'm happy. Thank you
Sam was quite professional and personable. He explained what he discovered and answered all of our questions very honestly.
I was very impressed. They are on time, professional and enable you to observe (in real time) any discrepancies they may locate. They are strongly recommended by me!
Very impressed with how professional & considerate the technician was during the examination of the sewer line.
They did the sewage inspection. They took the opportunity to speak to me after about the findings to make sure I wasn't alarmed, got to work, and had been first for their appointment. I had a substantial number of roots growing thru the clay sewer pipes. As opposed to attempt to tell me it had replaced (quite pricey ) they explained to me it's just simply an yearly maintenance item. They took the opportunity to explain to point out to me it was occurring, and also provided the price of the service when I wished to have before I moved in them perform it. They also followed up with a written report included video of the camera at the pipes. It was clear and easy to comprehend exactly what the problem was. They will come out to clean the pipe before I move in and annually there after. I highly advise that you let them perform a sewer extent before you buy a house.
Our technician Andrew was professional, educated, efficient and friendly. We really appreciated the reminder to make sure you cable our drain. Highly recommend them!
I used them for my line inspection and recently purchased a residence. They were fantastic! After moving I had a newspaper clog (my fault) and they returned call hour phone call and came out the next day and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. Jim did a fantastic job explaining what he was doing and was the service guy, worked and gave tips about how best to stop it from happening again. Today, I had a kitchen clog. I called this morning and they could get within 2 hours to my home. Kyle was the service guy and did a fantastic job. He worked fast explained everything he was doing, and gave great tips about how best to prevent clogs sink. Good business! Wonderful staff! Would highly recommend later on.
