My latest encounter was for a clogged drain. They're there within a few hours and quickly fixed the issue for a affordable price. In the past, I called them when my hot water heater malfunctioned and water was spilling out and of course, this was later in the day (around 9) to a Sunday. The gentleman that came within an hour stopped the water flow and was quite knowledgeable. He showed me the damage to the heater. Next day, my new one came in and I had been amazed at how much care he took to be certain that the lines were clear and the heater had been installed. He was my hero that day.

I had been in St Louis when the heat quit functioning, seeing my Mother. I call them guy and they have us in their schedule right away. When they showed up the guy gave several options depending on cost and how long she could live in the house which I thought was fantastic. There was no pressure just good info.

I've used this company for 4 years at my home and business. Both places have a root issue. I contacted this company no questions asked about cost. There is just 2 individuals that at this home. We have two different main drains therefore we do not always use that drain. It is now a bit over 50 hours plus it's backed up . Guess no warranty on tree roots. REALLY!!! I don't expect it to be ensured for long, but within 3 times I would think to get a client of 2 places. I am a business owner, this might never occur.

They could not be further from it, while they seem to work on creating an image of professionalism. They are proficient at price gouging in the worst way. I am discouraged, I am considering calling a news channel reporter. $175 percent for Freon charges $51 each pound. Need I say more.
Update 7/2/18. We complained to their president. Could have responded. . .right? No return call - .

This was early evening, right around the time of day my brick house turns into a brick oven. Vintage Aire was great, getting someone out to me immediately. It was a costly fix --no doubt, but it is an older unit, and it was after-hours. I have enough of a discount the service program paid for itself by signing up for a service program, and I saved a great deal of cash.
The reason I stumbled for my Yelp password through my memory banks, and also the kicker, is that the company just called me to say they had been reviewing the bill, and the discount was wrongly applied by the tech. I should have been eligible off. I was customer; now I'm an ecstatic plan-holder. Also, I don't blame the tech he worked in the dark. I'm more just impressed that a firm would call me almost a month later to give cash to me.

We had a black water episode due to sewage backup in our basement. Discovered it early on a Saturday morning. Was referred by friends to Vintage. Within a few short hours they taken good care of the issue, had arrived and helped me locate. I didn't get a response from most till hours afterwards and had called several different technicians for assistance. Vintage Aire responded quickly, were considering the scale of the project I thought sensible, professional and thorough. I would recommend their services.

They had been out here within 2 hours of this call. The coolest part is that I got a text message using an image of the technician (John Perry, 5 Stars) and a small bio for him. He was completed within the hour. Everything was emailed to me. Very seamless procedure. I'll be calling Classic Aire Care in 2 years when the tree inevitably causes exactly the matter and in the yard gets somewhat large.

Classic Are Care is very good Supplier for heating, plumbing and Ac. They have men who can service your boiler for hot water heating.

I had one of the plumbers come outside to do a little bit of work on my home. It's easy to tell when someone is offering straightforward, honest to you. I was there given a few possible choices on directions to go with the repair rather than sell me services which were unnecessary or overkill by the plumber.

Fantastic service from these folks! Always responsive. Always trustworthy! Accountable for their work.

This business did a good job with my plumbing needs. The main reason behind the 3 celebrities, being mislead on the expense of a service call. When I set it up, I was told a drain technician would emerge and there's absolutely no charge for a drain technician. He'd allow me to know if there was a plumber needed. There was A plumber required, came out in a few days, fixed the matter and I paid for assistance and the visit. I got a bill for its drain technician visit. When I called, they said I had to cover the service charge $69 and it ended up being a plumber that came out the first time. Well, I did cover it but won't use this provider because they've lost credibility in my eyes.
Update - I'm very happy to say that Classic Aire Care righted my situation. The response noticed that I was told there wouldn't be a charge for the visit and said they listened to the calls and moved back.

They weren't the cheapest, but based on past work they did I went for my sewer lateral replacement with CAC. They said they wouldn't kill my tree and it would take two weeks. It took six weeks, they murdered the tree, and they don't appear to have even tried to fix the planter or the lawn they ruined in the process. I might overlook any and all this, except they also were totally non-communicative throughout the whole job - I didn't have any clue when folks were going to appear and start messing with my sewer, they started to the 1 DAY I advised them to NOT appear. The sewer IS fixed - But I will never call them .

I bought a home and on us the Furnace went out in January. We predicted Classic Aire because of they'd set up the air and heating system back. As homeowners: we wanted to stay. The heating repair man clarified these situation and was fast and courteous. The HVAC repair individual recommended that we buy a service program to the HVAC and Plumbing that provides maintenance and testimonials. He stated that the plumbing inspection would be scheduled in a few weeks of sign-up of the contracted service arrangement. Several weeks later in FebruaryI discovered water and realized that our water heater safety valve leaked. We called to get a plumber and the security valve was replaced by him. The next day there was water on the floor leaking by the safety valve that was just replaced. Again the plumber came out and replaced the security valve citing possibly a lousy replacement valve(clear ). Again, water onto the floor. Though the growth tank had been analyzed by him, he recommended replacing the tank for an additional price. Valve is leaking . Exactly the same plumber came a third time out and explained that the air pressure required to be adjusted at the tank, that he did and at this time I had my doubts as to the abilities of this plumber. The valve and A week after is still leaking. . .Mind youpersonally, though I was not charged for the two calls, I had to cover for installation of valves and expansion tank and two calls. This time there has been a plumber called out and that I was told that the line pressure regulator required to be substituted. This was going to cost me an additional price for parts and labour. My difficulty is that the very first plumber didn't seem to know what they were doing and was just throwing parts at the issue that currently cost me near 1000.00 for a very simple problem that needs to have been fixed for far less the expansion tank did not require replacement. This also needs to have been fixed in house calls or at the second time outside if not resolved the senior plumber should've been called out. Additionally, when I called CS about an additional payment that I received in the mail. . .even though I compensated each time via the plumber visiting by credit card, I was told that my very first plumbing inspection would not be done until November....Sorry, but if I'm a new homeowner I'd anticipate an initial inspection like I was told my original HVAC repairman as I was advised. The plumbing service contract has been of no value.

Their support is excellent. Jim came to my house to repair my garbage disposal. Noticed that our bathroom kept running while he was working in the kitchen. So when he finished the garbage disposal, then he went and fixed the bathroom. He was professional and pleasant to talk to. Would recommend to a friend.

Worst company ever and when I attempt to cover the guy ought to have completed my payment directly the first time. I provided lots of times to cover them and they didn't even bothered to take my payment. They gave me a receipt, then called me in September stating through when I had receipt payment didn't go and they are putting me. Worst company only and ever want money. That guy should have gotten fired trained or then better while putting payment through to do the work right.

After phoning to complain about nothing working right, they came out a couple of days later and said they fixed everything and I owe them with the balance of $3200, I told the guy that there was no way I was paying $3200 and expect that everything was functioning. I said if my issue is fixed you get the other half and gave him 1/2. Well imagine what the issue with my warmth stays and Classic Aire Care will not call me back!!!!! I paid $2600 to have them fix my warmth and they did not do this! I then get a bill in the mail to get the extra $1600!
This place is a joke and they operate nothing more then a complete scam business.
I called Classic Aire Care along with a few different areas to correct a problem I was having with my property. After a person named Jim come by and take a look at everything he says it will be $4200 to mend, after going speaking it over I choose to have them fix my problem, I give them a $1000 down payment and they came with a couple of days later, after having them at my house all day long, they don't repair the issue yet the choose to leave anyhow. I call and whine a couple of days when they never came back just to be told they finish up and could return in a few days later. Once they came by to"finish up" I realize that everything they allegedly said desired fixing, actually didn't need fixing! My problem with my warmth existed!

Vintage Aire has consistently provided excellent service on my furnace and a/c to me. My gear was bought by me from Ryan, which afterwards became a part of Classic Aire. I'm pleased to say that the quality of service continues to be great. Last-minute service arrangements, which have saved me a great deal of money on service and parts are purchased by me. I highly recommend this business.
