The only worst experience I have ever had with a plumbing firm. The customer service from the technician to the owner (Beth) was absolutely egregious. I had been met with bitterness and a attitude when I attempted to point out that the misconduct. Though I will end with this: save yourself the trouble and find another one of the many plumbers that service the city of rock hill I could continue describing this adventure during our month encounter.

The problem I had was a laundry drain that is plugged. I phoned around 11 o'clock they stated they'd have somebody out between one and 3. He showed up around 4:50 and it took approximately 21 minutes. The man doing this is a big $225 for 21 minutes worth of work and the work was great and has been fast to fix the matter, however that I believe is a little excessive to snake a line. I'm owed $1750 if my period was as important as theirs was I seemingly. Definitely not a company to call for the typical man. Hate my plumber was busy for the week.

I proceeded to call around other plumbers. Charlotte Plumbing does a disposal replacement for 170 rather than 260. In addition they sell the same components (for way less) and offer a bundle deal for 349. I wish I'd have called myself instead. Since they understand people can purchase units, charlotte Plumbing matches pricing on components.
Holy crap. This company managed to bill my widowed mother 700 bucks for a garbage disposal replacement. I am in shock.
I was upset and in shock once I came to her house now. I looked at her invoice, and there was no explanation. Only three numbers and one billed. How can you do this to somebody?
The garbage disposal was not working and had replaced or repaired. She called roto rooter and had them come over. Rather than repairing she decided to purchase a new unit. 330 bucks for a device were billed that Lowe's or Amazon charges 249 for. They billed her 260 bucks to install it. There was not any bundle deal or reduction. My mother, not knowing any better, allowed them to perform the job. On top of that she was billed an extra 110 bucks for some liquid plus a ten minute toilet auger job. The technician was at her house for approximately an hour and a half. The credit card was billed 700 bucks. Wow. More costly than a new york divorce attorney.
I am so upset about the whole procedure. I would, if I could leave zero stars. How can you live with yourself as a business charging a mortgage payment for one hour and a job? It is so unethical, right down to the non description receipt that I have submitted online. No business in 2017 should have the ability to get away with this. I suggest not using this company as they are MUCH reasonable and cheaper, and telephone Charlotte Plumbing.
I called and spoke to the director Victor. He clarified they do not price match and indicate the components 80 bucks. If you have them set up there is also no bundle deal. What a joke. I asked him that he said he'd look into it and call me back the next day and how on earth was the total 700. Apparently it's easy to charge the credit card of someone but it requires a day to get help with an high invoice for one half and hour job. He explained that their prices are exactly the same as everybody else for disposal installment (not accurate ).
If you do not care like getting a receipt with description or no amount breakdown and paying premiums for products which you can buy in your own ya, utilize this plumbing company.

I was having. We were having problems washing clothes and flushing toilets. The clog we had caused a leak in the crawlspace. I phoned Roto-Rooter and they had been out exactly the same day in the day. The gentleman spent a few hours and several pieces of equipment diagnosing and fixing my problem. He managed to repair it even gave us a guarantee on the job. We thankfully, had water and pipes working great throughout the holidays. The fee was actually somewhat less than I expected which helped out around Christmas time, but customer service was beyond and above. I recommend Roto-Rooter, give them a call if you have any plumbing problems!

We had a 2 issues. 1) Several pipes needed to be replaced and 2) some straps under the home needed to be replaced. We called Roto-Rooter and they were able to set us up with an appointment that worked with our program. The tech came out and surveyed our areas initially and gave us a quote (much appreciated instead of decal shocking us afterwards). The quote for both was out of our budget at the time, but didn't have one of those jobs done. The tech was efficient and when we inquired about the plumbing again before he left, he rechecked his work, and we've had no difficulties.
The cost for both was rather high, but the work was completed properly and the tech was knowledgeable of the way to fix both issues.

I had a main drainage backup dilemma that caused all water from any sink, bathroom, or drain to leak in the toilet toilet that is lower. Regrettably, we noticed that . Peter came in an hour and gave me a few options for repair. He had the issue fixed to the purpose of permitting us to go to bed, After we decided which way to go. He had us completely working without any noticeable consequences and showed up early to finish the repair. Costs were fair for the urgency and time of the matter. Considering digging he needed to do in our flowerbed, he left evidence of there ever being a problem.

Among the service men took a peek at my bathroom came to my house and told me the issue & price. He said he needed to depart and looked at his watch, while trying to get all of the advice. I found that to be rude and unprofessional. Don't recommend this location to anybody!!

What had to be done was diagnosed, a remedy implemented and the problem was solved.
Option - Roto-Rooter arrived and power snaked the traces.
Plumber was diligent, knowledgeable and professional. He provided answers to all my questions and took the time to explain.
No 5th star because I though the cost was a bit high.
Problem - Kitchen sink was not draining and plugged.
Service was prompt.

I was happy with Roto Rooter. My serviceman was truly great! He had been helpful and explained everything! Would definitely use them again!

My problem: reoccurring sewer blockage via an crepe myrtle in my lawn thanks to roots. Four months later although I had previously paid another contractor to fix the problem the difficulty congestion returned. Roto-Rooter guy explained he'd have to perform surgery to remove the invasive origin in the sewer line.
In replacing the sewer line job but rather large cost, Cost of the unblocking the sewer was included. The plumber knew the job and his stuff has been completed very professionally and before time. He gave helpful advice on how I could correct a dripping faucet.

They were fantastic at fixing the error of someone else. Scott followed up to make sure there were no difficulties and was actually ancient. Keeping me informed about what was going on was fantastic for a first time home owner.

Ask for Vic, he's the best! Fast, trustworthy, very helpful in describing solutions and different options. They are on the side but always prompt and helpful.

It was a bit pricey for the repair, but the technician showed up on time, was professional, and answered all my questions. He also fixed up the stop in my machine drain in less than 30 mins.

Had someone had water gushing and back into my well pump. I got a reply immediately and called and has been told I would be called by a service tech . I got a telephone in about 5 minutes and they arrive about 30 minutes later. After looking at my problem the service tech suggested different plans and informed me. I wanted he'd mended my well and pump in record time After I determined which option. I was impressed with the friendliness of this technical. I would strongly recommend this Roto-Rooter with his guys and Bill. I'll be using them for some of my plumbing problems. I want to give a big thanks to Bobby.

Very pricey for your job, that's why only 4 stars. Scott was quick and instantaneous. Less than 30 minutes were taken by Fix.

However, as able to rectify the situation into 5 stars the issue began last February I called them to fix my kitchen sink that they stated the whole thing has to be rerouted I consented they charged me 300$ then 1yr later the exact same issue began again so I phoned them back believing they would help resolve the issues with little to no price since they supposably mended it the 1st time but no they came out and wanted to charge me 300$ and stating the service simply comes with a 6 month guarantee... not being satisfied with all the services. . They reached out to me and offered to have a manager come and determine what should be done he could out and found it was a minor issues that should really be mended without a price. . By helping help with all the water damage which was left due to the leak and even offered to do more. .They turned a bad situation into a good one.... P.S all the workers I have had contact with have a positive attitude & very friendly!

My fiance and I are first time homeowners. The garbage disposal in our townhome stopped working and as a result, water backed up into our dishwasher and beneath our new flooring. Peter with Roto Rooter arrived and set up a garbage disposal that was new for us. It's been two months and we have not had any problems. Thanks Peter and Roto Rooter! :)

I have used this service several times and the plumbers are always extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The problem is always resolved. They come in a crisis and are extremely prompt. Thank you.
