Greenway designs irrigation methods that work-for quite a while. What regulations and licenses do I want to be aware of? There is A backflow prevention device needed for every system connected to a water supply, public water system or well. Who will do the job, seasonal laborers or trained technicians? More my regular maintenance firm let me down when I had a flow. Greenway was known as by me a same-day appointment, and within minutes I had. The technician came ten minutes earlier than the window that I was given (who does not like that?) And went on to support the rest of the system , professionally clarified the extent of the problem, and worked tirelessly to repair the issue. He mended and rerouted another sprinkler head I knew wasn't working well. All without a fuss, in underfloor heating. Office staff and technician were fantastic communicators and equally super professional. Thrilled to locate a company that needs the business. Already signed up for their service plan that was continuing.

I had no choices to attempt and have Agape to do exactly what I needed, so I did the only thing available to me: payment was delayed by me as long as you can. Locate a more knowledgeable company than one.
Prevent this business as much as possible, whether it calls Greenway or itself Agape. The job they did for me was slipshod, requiring three distinct return visits to"mend" the leaks and inadequate watering emitters they installed. Apparently one worker is aware of what to do, and whenever a new worker unfamiliar with what additional Agape employees had completed, others, offer flimsy excuses about why they cannot end up Agape's work. I eventually found a neighborhood company who intended grass sprinklers, emitters, and future beds out and moved through my entire yard as I landscape additional portions of the yard. Triple Agape's range, their job, was more efficient and cost saving. There were two leaks in the parts which Agape had finished, which had to be fixed by the new company.

My expertise with Greenway Irrigation has been excellent! I was very happy! I would highly recommend them to my family members and friends.

Days laterwe see the technician working again completely unannounced. We inquire, what's going on? And he tells us there are few more leaks. At this time, I really began getting frustrated. He calls the owner, and I ask to talk to him while he is currently speaking to him. Brent refused to talk to us, because he was"too busy".... WHILE on the phone!
"I don't believe your version of the narrative, no" - I mean you should believe what you want to believe but if you believe that your customer spends time to compose a number of mails increasing concerns and you completely dismiss themthat is quite a customer services!
We have a bit of a language barrier that we are trying to work through (as my guys are not native english speakers and I presume your family isn't as well)" - whether we are native speaker or not, exactly how is this relevant???
The following are some of the quotes from my deals
"You guys beginning with a panic attack once I sent another technician over the first time." - no... we raised concern once the second tech told us he must reassess the situation because he doesn't know what's going on, and you guys are charging by the hour!
Bare in mind that they bill by the hour, as you read this review. The tech comes out and spends hours to evaluate the circumstance. Turns out, my backflow wasn't completely turned , and completely the flow stopped once the valve turned. 3 hours to find that problem!
So I tell all work to discontinue and depart. Then I proceed to compose asking for an explanation, and an email explaining the circumstance.
"And frankly we do 7.5M a year in revenue, so I am not even this concentrated on this discussion" - I never asked and I frankly do not care. The only thing I really care is the task I hired you guys to do for me, and also just how insulting and rude you're to us.
Needless to say, they will NOT finish work at my location. And I will note that I didn't pay the bills, because (1) I don't need to be connected with this company anymore then I already have, and (2) so they cannot discredit my story saying we just don't want to pay the bill.
"Do you want us to come finish off everything or not? I will limit the'closing' repair to $100 and I can get it done today" - At this point, do you really think I need you guys to continue functioning in my yard???
"All I know is the system is fixed at about 50 percent less then budget, and on time. I don't see what the matter is." - His tech told us he doesn't understand why it required the tech so long to figure the problem out! Wouldn't everyone question the validity of the quote? Very easy over estimate and tell someone we arrived under budget. But is the right thing to do?
But we had another escape as soon as he left. A technician that is different comes out few days later, with no clue what the problem is, and tells us he must reassess the circumstance. We raise an issue. With Brent Droege, the owner, speaks to the tech, so he finally speaks, also fixes the problem in 30 minutes. He tells me that once he removed that what worked fine and the irrigation pipe was clogged with trash and mulch. Hmm... that isn't something you want to hear from a tech of SAME company. Then he eventually tells uswhat's good to go and all issues are fixed.
We had a leak in our irrigation system called Agape Company repair it and to come out. (the true company that conducted the job was Greenway Irrigation, which seems to be among their subsidiaries).
"I will say is that if you guys had only stayed inside and let us do our job, your system will be functioning 100% right now" - therefore we hire you and pay you, however we should just shut our mouth, shut our eyes and pay you whatever you bill me...

I called Greenway because of the reviews. Greenway costs $80 for the first half hour, then $80 then to diagnose and fix. I made it very clear not to go over $80. They billed me for $123. This was upsetting. Greenway was called by me, and the owner was very pleasant and comprehension, and said she would look after it.

After moving into the Valve I had to find a new irrigation company. I wished to find a company that was not just known for professionally installing irrigation methods but one that is also known for providing exceptional service after the setup. Greenway Irrigation is that company. I went into the Raleigh home displays and did lots of research. Irrigation builders such as Greenway and I spoke. I was informed that Greenway was the very best. When the time came to get an irrigation system set up each time communication with Bobby and Leslie was always very professional and I emailed and phoned Greenway times to get clarification. They were just easy to deal with. They handled all of the paperwork that was allowing and kept me informed through the process. On how to use the machine they educated me. I am a person and matters to be in order but I am more than happy with the outcome of our irrigation system. Greenway Irrigation is the very best in the triangle area.
