Bizzy Bee Plumbing

Because I know they will be here ASAP and do a fantastic job, I will certainly call Bizzy Bee for any future plumbing job!
I'm so thankful to Demetrus at Bizzy Bee Plumbing for the entire DAY of work he put into clearing a stoppage within my newly-bought house's pipes. The prior owner had flushed a bunch of stuff that shouldn't have been flushed, and they worked for hours on end to accomplish the stoppage.
Bizzy Bee was phoned by me following my toilets had ceased flushing, and then he had been dispatched to us quite shortly after we called for assistance. The stoppage was severe and hard to reach, that he had to call in backup to deliver specific equipment to fix it. After he alerted them to the need for specific equipment, his teammates came, and they had been equally as polite and friendly as he had been.

Anyway the inspector comes, passes and they bathe at the trench so badly, so shoddily I needed to spend two or three weekend hours redoing it.
I call bizzy bee AGAIN, '' ~sigh~~ they say they'll call me back prior to closure they dont. I call bizzy bee AGAIN at 4:55 pm, just before they shut and they say the inspector will be there tomorrowIm like, Thank you I had to phone them to know I must be ready for the inspector, which included within the house. MAN!!!! I had been pissed!!

I have taken the day off work since this project is within the house, so I could be here. I get a phone at 7:55am saying they are cancelling the appt for now because of rain... it was actually drizzling out. LITERALLY! After all I'm missing a day cover and dont need to miss another because of drizzle. I hear her speaking to the guys, and hear him mad and say,"fine we will head outside". She says the guys will be there in one hourI say thank you and she states"mmhmm" all snarky and pops up on me just like I'm annoying her.
They arrived quick, told me what was up. I thought them, I believed they were right for the task... a whole new run from the water main to the water tank. The price was right, not the lowest quote but not the , I trusted the dudes Ryan. Regrettably Ryan along with the other owners needed to be out of town for a couple of weeks for a plumbing convention or something... they left me at the excellent hands of the people.
2hours after they show up, looking annoyed, I ask how are you doing, he responds"im cold and wet" at a grumble... I ALMOST asked them to depart there but I want this damn thing fixed. . We talk it outside, he alters his tone, shakes my hand and apologizes for the confusion. They leave to acquire parts. Id have hoped that they are well prepared but they were not. Then the kid is left alone, worked his ass off! Great kid, he had been! Requires a boost:-RRB-. . .They completed the job and it never rained more than a drizzle. They got an orange fence before an inspector can come, round the trench, which blocks my ability to utilize my front doorway. Im told the office will take it from here and remain in touch. I pay in full.
That is gonna be long but I still got to get this off my chest.
I gave the 3 stars since they are work (as it eventually occurred ) was fast and my problem is 100% fixed but I wouldn't recommend them based largely on this office side of the company.

1st measure was an 811 forecast to mark underground obstacles. I have personally used a couple of times when a fence was built by me. They are usually out within 48 hours but now 5 times gone by and nothing... I phone active bee and they state the petition is all we can do is waitfor. ok. A whole weekend, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday... nothing, I phone bizzybee and they say we are still waiting, and inform me"they don't control 811's schedule" so wait... ok. I telephone 811 plus they have NOTHING for my speech or from bizzybee. I call bizzybee and tell them this. . They say they'll call me back until closing Wednesday... Thursday 4:30 no call again so I telephone bizzybee. They assure me will be there Friday tomorrow. THEY FORGOT TO CALL 811, provided no apologies or explanation. So another entire weekend of major water leak. $$$$$ out okay.

I'm a first time home owner, who went to final a week and a half ago. I had been having any fixes and I understood my carpeting were flooded with water , when I went to leave for the day. I phoned Bizzy Bee and also a plumber came out within 2 hours. The matter was realized by him and shut the water off. So I wanted to get home to take care of my puppy it had been a long day. The plumber has been able repair the pipe and to come back the very next morning. The fee for the repairs was definitely reasonable and I value their service.

On price that is affordable, time technicians. Excellent support in my tankless water heater!!

I had a flow. It came up to a T, and the leak was in the T. The repair was to cut the T out and replace with a brand new section. They arrived onsite at 4:22 and have been gone before 5. I was told that they price their jobs on a set rate based on difficulty. Ours was rated difficult.
I can't see how the fix was difficult. I'd already looked at it and pointed into the flow, told them they the T needed to be replaced and also told them that the pipe (old was poly, replaced with pex) was 1/2 inch to the ideal side of the T, 3/4 on the left, and 3/4 on the bottom. They just needed the male ends and the T to cut in the

We were charged $375. That is absurd. I would only recommend to folks that they stay off to avoid being robbed.

The one thing that kept me is that I do not have a wrench to shut the water off in the primary and just have a 1/2 crimper.
As a side note we predicted two other plumbers (which we should have done ) and have been quoted speeds of $110 dollars or so for labor, plus parts, a rough figure of $50 in parts was given based on the particulars.

I had a water valve issue in my townhouse. After describing the symptoms, Ryan did a wonderful job of searching for the issue. He was very professional, was able to clarify the issue and listened and how he would solve it. He showed me a picture of the parts in question and gave me two quotes. The initial option worked and he admired that the $15 off $150 coupon on the Bizzy bee website. I finished the paperwork and as a thank you gift, I got a tiny jar of honey. What a smart touch for a company fulfilling the honey-do pipes list. Making an appointment was really simple and I am making Bizzy Bee my go-to for any plumbing needs. Roto Rooter was just horrible and I know the way to go for stellar service now.

Called Bizzy Bee to fix a faucet faucet. The plumber told me I had a faucet and showed up. No effort made to repair. I called a different plumber and has been told my faucet has a lifetime guarantee and should be substituted at no cost that. I called the manufacturer and they honored the warranty. The components are simply enough that I can replace myself.

I found myself needing a plumber in an emergency when I looked up and watched a water mark on my kitchen ceiling. I touched it and it was wet so that I understood it would wait. It was after hours and Ryan using Bizzy Bee showed up to access the situation and determine, from job that is shoddy, that the issue couldn't be fixed but affirmed that no harm would occur as there has been a plumber scheduled using the needed substance. Thomas was, showed up to make the repairs required and explained everything with images along the way. Very Pleased with Ryan and Thomas.

Tom and JD were amazing yesterday! I had a leak in the crawlspace beneath my property. When it got worse and worse, I had a new swimming pond in my own backyard. They came at the very start of an 8-10am window, identified that the issue, also fixed it in about 30 min! And all with smiles and courtesy. This is and its the third time I've been pleased with the service and the pricing. Bizzy Bee client for life here!

With completing the plumbing for our tub we had help. These guys understood exactly what to do, and arrived punctually, after calling ahead of time. It was a tricky task, involving moving up via a kitchen cabinet (we cut the gap ) at a small, tight space. They worked in a little over one hour completed what we had tried to do and at tandem to take care of the problem. We can use them again and are extremely happy with the results.

I had the best experience with Bizzy Bee Plumbing, largely Thomas Blake. Tom fixed my difficulty and arrived punctually. He was funny and very professional. Nicest guy . They will always get my business. Please, pleaseplease use them for all of your plumbing requirements. Tom will probably be coming back to do some projects that I have coming up. Our shower spout plus he pipe broke off, so we had to have this. The technician showed up a little later 3 (they said they had come between 3-5) and was only here maybe 45 minutes. He was fast, did not leave a mess, and also get me a jar of honey before he left!

Really great company, and a very good price... on a Saturday without notice.
We called Buzzy Bee Plumbing because the house we bought had a hidden leak in a wall that required fix ASAP... on a weekend.
Ryan assessed that the matter showed up, and had it taken care of in time. He walked the job with my wife, so that she was comfortable with the work that was performed.

Owner supplied a written quote - several telephone calls/emails back and forth to ensure we were on the exact same page, right install date, right model of fixture, etc.. It was a straight forward, nothing elaborate, non emergency regular job. Day of install the proprietor says (via the technician status in my house ) that he misquoted the price and that he'll call me after. 5 days have gone by no contact from the proprietor Robert - he should have so much effort that he can treat clients and not be worried about it. Save yourself the wasted time and aggravation - contact someone else on your plumbing needs.

They came out that I called. They have been professional and prompt. Thomas and Ryan did an superb job of clearing my drain that is French . I will definitely use them.

Lately, I had another unexpected plumbing problem. On the beginning of the labor day weekend. Andrea, at the switchboard, went to find a person to assist me the same day. She delivered Ryan, who fixed my problem, who gave me great support, and advise that was major, and a really good price.
In a word,"these folks ROCK".

Recently took my fathers house over after his departure, and had no clue. Daniel, from Bizzy Bee came out and patiently worked with me until it was located by him. I have confidence in recommending him. He will not quit until you're happy, and doesn't take out the way. Highly recommend him!
