We have used New Light exclusively for all our plumbing and electrical needs. They always provide timely and exceptional support and it's true that they provide 24 hr support if needed. The owner has come to our house to a Sunday night to create a repair.
The very same employees return and understand their customers, so by having to deal with employee turnover, there is never any confusion.

Quite disappointed in the service provided by New Light Electrical and Plumbing. Plumber arrived and he tried to sell me a fresh water heater, before even attempting to diagnose a water heater escape. Then a tanked, first a tankless. After telling him no more 3-4 days, we discussed the repair. He stated without even taking a look at the water heater, it was a T&P valve. I verified with him 3 times he had been certain of the diagnosis and he insisted. The T&P valve, left was replaced by him, and the water heater continued to escape.
Phoned a different plumber to check out the problem, which was be a bad pressure. He stated it was an obvious diagnosis and assessing water pressure was a standard first step in any diagnosis. Further stated that the water heater has been in fantastic shape and would endure for years to come.
In recommending replacement new Light was expensive in service, careless in their investigation, and deceitful.

I phoned New Light to help me. The service representative recognized it was a very simple problem while giving me a quote. He gave me the part that I needed and told me how to properly re-connect it to save the price of a service call. No charge! Helpful and honest!!! Thank you!!

My builder hired those guys as sub and this is worst among the worst. Have a peek if u do not believe me. They went against the strategy and awakened my yard and ripped gas up, electrical, fibre for Uverse but didn't bother to fix them. In the long run, my yard was left by them in shamble and the contractor has to employ someone else to fix their mess. Whatever they touch issues follow. For instance, while they were there to do some plumbing trim function, the water tank stop functioning. They were quick to replace it quickly for $850 when the pressure switch stopped functioning I called the owner, Joe, and he explained he was occupied but may call me back but never got his return call. After they fixed it, the gas line leaked. I must call my gas service people to repair it correctly. When she heard these guys coming into the home to repair anything, my spouse scared. Anyway, I already warned my friends and colleagues residing to steer clear of this company but if you're risk adventuresome and taker, have them performing some plumbing job to learn for yourself.

Prices were reasonable for the job, together with professional and knowledgeable team.
Was moving from out of state to Wake Forest, was referred to New Light from a different contractor. Showed up on time, finished all of the tasks on the service arrangement, together with a few after transferring in, other tiny things that had come up.

I used their service times. Professional service, they shifted installed toilet water heater and light fixture that was very complex. They did a fantastic job. Very happy with their service and will use their service later on.
