Technician shows on Tuesday,is friendly Tells me what I need & promises a proposal within a few days. I phone him on Friday, he apologizes for the delay & absence of communicating; he subsequently guarantees a call by day's end....definitely Monday.
It's now Thursday, almost 7 pm, I haven't heard from Fabio.
Now why I am taking off a few celebrities is the technician appeared to be trying to oversell me to get the fix of the 2nd unit. Now I'm not AC specialist, so the solutions that are proposed were legitimate, but based on my research that this did seem to be excessive. He was essentially saying that my device was not cooling well because I did not have a"TXV" installed. I questioned regardless of having no TXV why it had been cooling perfectly the previous 3 years, and he wasn't able to provide a fantastic answer. Also remember that the invoice is over $2K, therefore I believe a suitable explanation is warranted.
The technology was able to immediately diagnose the issue of the first unit. The switch had been turned off by someone! Not sure how I didn't think to look at that.
I probably would have given two stars, but they did only charge me for 1 service call (he explained that he can bill me for two calls since I needed them look in 2 units)
Our AC was having problems, and they were able to send someone within one hour, which was appreciated. We have two units. One unit didn't turn on that day when we return home (that was the reason we made the service telephone ). We guessed that while the technician was here, we would have him look at the 2nd unit too, which had not been cooling within the last week or so.
Fabio is incredible. I'm so thankful I called Infinite Comfort from the litany of potential providers. In 30 minutes I had a understanding of my machine and an answer to my dripping AC unit. We couldn't get our thermostat to get the job done. New batteries, cleaned up the setup area so that the wires can connect properly, re-threw the breaker switches. We did everything we would think of. I did a search. This company was the very first.
We found out a few of the wires broke within the wall. What a pain. . .yet proved to be a fix. To get friendly support and a generous price, we have it installed. No problem! My AC central air unit had been leaking so I called a second firm to get it serviced. It took them until July to get out and then they gave me a quote of $3000+. I phoned Infinite Comfort to get another opinion. This was the hottest week of the summer but Mark came just on time the following morning. He spent an hour repairing the flow. My system is functioning again, not leaking. He billed a tenth of this amount the other firm had quoted. On top of this, Mark explained everything he was doing was incredibly nice, and answered all of my queries. I would happily use their services.

His colleague and fabio showed up early and looked in the HVAC unit. He explained that the unit was in very good shape (a pleasant surprise) and didn't require repair. Instead, a prior congestion which had since been remedied was diagnosed by Fabio and is OK. We added a small amount. Our HVAC had not been serviced by us because we bought the house 2 decades back and it was due. Additionally, we will be phoning them to put an appointment so the downstairs is cooler, to install a booster unit. We were very happy with our appointment. The cost was fair and the appointment wasn't rushed. Fabio took the time to spell out everything. We believed he was educated and honest.
We called Infinite Comfort because we thought we had a leak based on the information we had in the contractor who accompanied our insurance adjuster in a mold review yesterday. Infinite Comfort was able to see us right away.
Finally, I received it 3 days before the start date but we needed. I again had to call to find the quote with promise. I had been told the start date had to be transferred when it was delivered, less than a day before the beginning date. The contract didn't have the guaranteed cost or terms and conditions that were promised. Among those terms was if he did not like it a wording I'd have changed. Instead, I received email he now diminished the job. This really is the only worst customer experience I have ever had. I wasted time and effort . Do not take your company here, there are .
My worries were simply based on the way this quote was managed from the beginning. It's all about balance and honestly we have been put on a tilt spiraling downward. You needed to not only get my small business but get it.

Steer far away from the company, the owner is called Fabio. My experience: I had a faulty system that needed a small repair but a project that would cost thousands of dollars was requested by me. Fabio was really nice in person, that is the sole reason 1 star is deserved and finished the smaller job well. However, the week guaranteed the larger job, I needed the formal estimate to proceed. It had been promised as many days over at least on four different occasions. As did my partner, I called multiple times but no response was received by us. I eventually spoke to a girl (perhaps Fabio's spouse ) who had been really accommodating and he eventually called back. Excuses and more excuses to the result, Fabio is very busy. Still, no quote.
I will not be shopping around for almost any other HVAC companies. Work that is excellent and Fantastic customer support = customer loyalty. . This firm has got it down packaged.
I'd an HVAC problem that resolved and has been diagnosed in the most conservative manner possible. Fabio was fair to give me credit from the occupation to perform a more detailed review, when that failed. Come to discover that the HVAC resulted in a electricity and had conducted probably with out a filter with the tenants from what seemed like years of cat and dog hair. The coils cleaned and Following the freon was filled up, the AC works great as new.
They came fast. They answered my call within 30 mins. The tech that performed the ceremony, lucas, was very polite and fixed the problem. The reason I do not give 5 stars to them is the price.
Wonderful service and fair prices. I achieved to the business around 10 pm after we realized the drains at our newly bought home were clogged. I got a reply and Oswaldo was here that the next morning at 9 am. I has been the only company which could schedule me and named the company a day or two before Christmas. The plumber showed up on Dec 28th run a water line and to put in my dishwasher. The plumber has been quite thorough in explaining details about the setup. The setup was quick and higher excellent work. I'll definitely look to use them as my goto plumber once needed in the future.
Wow. You pray that you can locate technicians and contractors who know what they're doing and treat you fairly. Sometimes they are found by you. You do not. Fabio and Infinite Comfort are that. Whether this unit ever does give us out, they will have the replacement business out of us. If for any reason our apparatus fails in the calendar year, Infinite Comfort provides us 50 percent of the current bill as a credit towards any replacement we perform through them.
While awaiting the company to send its replacement of our repair guy estimate I made appointments with a couple of others to come quote us prices. He scrutinized our system, answered some questions regarding ducts, vents and airflow, and explained some"add-on" options we might want with the replacement (e.g., a better air filter unit, new humidifier, etc.). He asked if we wanted him to check our current unit out to see if he can find out it was not working.
We've lived here for 7 1/2 decades and haven't serviced the unit whatsoever (a mistake we will not continue!) The unit started making terrible noises in the day and then just stopped working after that night. It was a hot stretch, so I did online study, made a couple of calls and had a support man from a company over the following day to assist us. He spent a lot of time back and forth in and out of the home, explained a great deal about a fundamental A/C system's elements and the way they work, and then told me our options. He said for sure our fan engine was awful, there might be a compressor problems he couldn't figure out right then, some electricals and a TXV down close to the evaporation coils. He said we could use"trial and error" to substitute parts in order over time to determine which fix might fix the problem, but it would be costly (as parts for older machine might be), time consuming and not identify what if any fix might be"the one" or just how long that fix would hold up in an older unit like this. The Internet told me that on unit decades, so we decided to get quotes.
He spent approximately 5-10 minutes reconnecting all of the parts the service man had disconnected and yanking on the unit apart. He analyzed a couple of things and told me the unit was older, but was a"Cadillac". He said he believed the only thing wrong with it had been a bad fan motor, he had on his truck, although it had a cleaning. He a stated"no guarantees", but he was fairly sure that would repair it. About $600 rather than tens of thousands. We said"do it"! About 5 minutes in that job, and Fabio came in to tell us it was not the engine but rather and that's why it was not cooling or turning the compressor. It was after noon on a Saturday so that they were shut, although he called a local supply house. So Fabio researched the fan took it out to his truck blade for a moment, and FIXED the stupid thing!!! He said this unit was high end when it had been bought, and was durable for years if it had been re-charged a bit and maintained. So overall Fabio repaired our unit enthusiast, he cleaned the filters and the unit itself, place roughly 3 1/2 pounds of freon in it (the elderly R-22, he needed on his truck) and added a leak sealant into the system since it required longer Freon than he had been anticipating and we back online!!
I don't actually understand how to explain just how positive our experience with Fabio out of Infinite Comfort was today. We are very happy with the price and service we received and we recommend Infinite Comfort to anyone who need HVAC work done.
I had a great experience working with Fabio and his staff at infinite comfort. By the start Fabio was clearly very educated, accurate, and fair. As soon as I rush out the job Infinite Comfort had the best rate and also the maximum professional team. When the job started, they were in and out in a really short time. One thing I particularly appreciated was Fabio's help in preventing air from escaping in the basement. He secured my ducts free of charge to help address this problem. I would recommend Fabio and Infinite Comfort based on cost and service.
I had been lucky to.find IC. Fabio answered up on a Sat afternoon and offered me when he said'we work everyday.' Imagine that?! He came 30 mins early, put up an appointment, recognized the problem in about 10 mins and fixed the problem in about 45 mins. He agreed to look at a different long-standing dilemma and gave me solid advice.
