This is our third time utilizing A1 Prestige Plumbing within the previous 13 years. They do quality work. Shout out for doing a fantastic job. As we peppered him with many 12, he is patient and personable.

"Junior" is the BEST! He has solved two plumbing problems at my Home with simplicity and a fantastic stress-free attitude. Management might wish to look at training their employees which road rage and poor driving aren't good for business.
I can't rate their competence as plumbers but I will not believe them for any plumbing job I need based on the serious lack of professionalism exhibited while driving a business branded van on our streets.

Owner was hands on in making sure my issue with a squeaky pipe has been fixed. He had to try a few different approaches to cure the issue, but stayed with it and that I am quite relieved that the noise is gone. Very reasonable price and neat, efficient function. I would use them again. I would advocate for your plumbing needs.

Great support. We had a slab escape for water supply that is primary that is hot. Because we had guests they responded quickly and got us installation with a repair to keep water. They left no mess anywhere were clean, and did not even wake up our baby girl who was sleeping.

We have had A-1 Prestige Plumbing come out three times. We have been impressed by the professionalism and competency of A-1's plumbers. Their prices look low in comparison to opponents and charge for additional but work or they have not attempted to upsale us. The office staff are helpful and effective. We urge A-1 to anyone who wants a good plumber to perform good at a price that is reasonable.

I had and I phoned A1 fix them for me and to come out. They have been proficient from preparing the appointment, arriving on time, to their own plumber keeping and giving me choices to proceed. That he was working on as clean or cleaner After he was finished he abandoned the regions. I would highly recommend them.

I am delighted with the service I received from A-1 Prestige Plumbing. On Wednesday morning at 8:30I called to inquire if there come could a plumber to correct a problem I was getting in the master bath. Linda told me she could schedule a service call that day, between 1:30 & 3:00 when the plumber could be enroute, and she would call. Linda phoned and in 1:30, Juan arrived in my home.
Juan was the very best! He listened to my outline of those issues and went to work on solving them. Before he did anything he clarified the options. It was obvious that Juan was an skilled and experienced plumber. He was also friendly, considerate and courteous. I strongly recommend A-1 Prestige Plumbing and will call them for any plumbing needs.

Yesterday... (another Sunday, husband gone ) I moved into my garage and found a flood in the water heater. The Plumber they shipped attempted to upward charge me another $500 for what he said were code violations although my Home Warranty was ready to cover the water heater's replacement. I didn't feel like he was being fair, so I phoned the Home Warranty Co. and asked if they'd cash out me and I'd hire my own Plumber. They consented.
I can't say enough great things. I have had two plumbing emergencies within the past couple of months, so that I felt compelled to write.
I phoned A-1 Prestige at 8:30 this morning, and from they had been in my garage. They turned off the water (previous guy just left it around ), and started the removal of water heater and set up fans to start drying the shelf. The Plumber had a unit delivered within the hour and got on the phone.
I called my Home Warranty company and they said they couldn't get somebody to my house before the next day, even though the water was running (because it broke inside the walls, I was unable to turn it off) I phoned A-1 and they had a plumber in my house within the hour. He had been so nice and helpful and left directions for my husband so that he could replace when he got home, the other shower manage.

A1 Prestige Plumbing came out to my house because the hot water pressure had decreased to fix a blockage. A1 Plumbing told me it was easy fix.
I purchased some tools, and also the part and the stem was loose, like I'd said to them once I took the knob off. All they had to do was come out tighten it.
After he left, that afternoon I realized that the bathtub faucet had a drip. I called them back and place a cup under the faucet again. Apparently no guarantee means that should they must come back out to correct something they either broke or did not do correctly I CHARGED for another support call. That is what NO WARRANTY means. This means they do not guarantee that their technicians will probably do a good job or not break something else in the process but they will come out an fix it if you cover them.
In case A1 Prestige Plumbing was reputable they'd ensured not hide behind a NO WARRANTY policy. I have a faucet once all I had when they left was reduced pressure.
He then had me sign off onto a sheet of paper saying the work wasn't WARRANTIED and had me cover a $90.00 service fee. I didn't think anything of it because he did not replace any components so obviously there was not anything to guarantee... nicely NO WARRANTY also contrasts to NO GAURANTEE.
A1 called back stated they won't charge to come back out and it might be part of this service telephone BUT, it will cost me $130.00 to substitute the stem. When I asked if that has been the total cost of this part they stated yes. I asked them further saying that I'd actually priced the part myself at Home Depot for $8.00 and her story changed to,"the price tag is because we must pick up the part, push to your place and put in it". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!

My bad, I did not check the faucet once he left... I am not a plumber and he's supposed to be the specialist.
The technician pulled out the stem, came out and found some sort of fiber pulled it out and reassembled the faucet. They did not say the stem had to be replaced or anything was bad it was just a part of fiber large enough to obstruct the hole.

520 charged to explore escape. Tore a drywall and coated it with plastic. Subsequently charged to correct leak that took 20 min. They adore teaming up with HOAs to ripoff consumers!

I bought a fixer and also have experienced lots of transactions. A neighbor recommended to me plumbing work A-1 After I needed. Great business, reasonable prices, fast service instances, and superior support. Juan was the the came to my home, he was quite personable and offered options to remedy my problem. Would not hesitate to telephone A-1 for future projects and would highly recommend to anybody searching for a plumber.

Reasonable & Punctual Plumbers, reliable I have been hiring those guys to perform various jobs for me personally within a decade or so. They've been at my most recent home. Every time I want a plumber, I predict them. Plumbers attempted before but I ended up choosing these guys as my pipes!
What I like about them is they are punctual, always on time and trustworthy. When they say they show up 8:00 AM, the 8:00 AM signifies 8:00 AM and not AM. Unlike other contractors, they are punctual. Because time is money, this is a very important characteristic for me and I have stone contractors, and no time amateurs, fled bang by nighttime and bologna. I'm a guy that is busy and I hate uninformed, incompetent and overdue contractors. So far, after a lot of occasions these guys have been at my home, they always been consistent punctual, reliable, reasonable and quick.
These guys know what they are doing and they tell you until they begin what are the options, how much each option will cost and how much time it will take. Their speed is reasonable. And components are charged by them.
They've done so many tasks for me including but not limited to pipe work, water heater installation, bathroom pumps and parts replacements, identification and etc..
The most recent job they done for me personally was to replace outdated washing machine valve faucets on the wall of the laundry room with contemporary ones, stabilize the sewage hose, add a couple of water hammer shock absorbers to the valves to take care of my banging pipes and water hammer sounds and finally replace a drier vent with a elastic port so I could push the dryer all the way back and make more space in the laundry room. We bought new machines and the old wall components had to proceed.
These guys take some other technique of payment that is or credit cards. If you are not satisfied with the job, they will come back and make you happy but frankly so far they never had to come back to my own home because they done it correctly first time and you know that this is a hard to discover and a fantastic quality for a builder in this era! I had my share of hardship builders that I had to chase around and beg them give me a peace of mind and to repair their own mess but those guys put a grin on my face.
When I want a plumber, I know who to call and after tests, these guys haven't failed me. During the years, they completed me on time and have done me right.

I suggest these guys and they'll remain as my plumbers for another decade or more!
I test drove plumbers but A-1 Prestige Plumbing is my own choice for the pipes tasks. They've served me a number of occasions and they've always been fast, reliable and punctual.
It doesn't matter how small or major is the occupation, they are going to show up on time and they'll find the job done. I never had any troubles with them so they do not need to come back, because they do at the very first place. But I never had to whine and haul them back here to fix a mess which they've made the very first time, Though they give guarantee.
They got the work done fast completed this in my laundry room quite fast and asked to get a fair pay. I was late five minutes and they were there right on time although as usual we made an appointment to be at the home at 8:45 AM! I couldn't believe that someone could be more punctual than me! I'm a perfectionist!

Called on Sunday concerning a leak. Were told that they'd work me in or latest the next day. Monday told not scheduled. Owner called me fearing illness of employees etc.. I have worked with these folks for 15 decades and urged them highly to all. Owner maintained they were reserved for several weeks. And...I might have been told this on Sunday? They provided courteous service and arrived in half an hour. Avoid this place!

Prestige Plumbing saved! Exactly where it came out, I awakened with a wet spot in my carpet and could not figure out. After 4 bath towels I recognized I had a leak in my own wall. I predicted A-! Prestige pipes at 730am along with the owner, JT was at my door before. His day was booked with customers because I was desperate but he moved around to help me out.
His work is thorough. He's professional and very clean. His company will be referred by me to all of my contacts!

This is an wonderful business. I have understood JT for years. We met at an apartment building I have. That afternoon he fixed my problem, and it was an dollar component. That is all me billed. I have used his firm for all my leasing properties and him ever since. His prices are fair and his support is excellent. He and his men are offered 24/7. Prestige does significant problems and tiny issues. Plus they are 24 hour service. These guys have rerouted water heater , installed taps, water pipes and leaks that were fixed. Juan is one of the techs and is! These are the guys to trust your pipes to. They will figure it out and repair it.
