Rooter-Man was called to redo the work done by Bill Howe Plumbing. Eric Brockmire, the proprietor , also assisted me in diagnosing another problem caused by a third party in a shower and arranged to send a tech which solved this issue.
A Toto toilet leaked and the lever needed to be replaced. The Rooter-Man plumber managed to correct the leak that the leak couldn't be fixed. The plumber came promptly, was competent, respectful and professional.

When our lease had waste line breakage, router guy was recommended to me. Since we had to displace our renters for 10 16, it was an emergency. They did their job but I wouldn't return to them because their operation manager was quite unprofessional. With belittling answers alex Gomez was impolite and treated our questions. When she asked the job, he was antagonistic towards my spouse. I am hoping the situation can be rectified by the operator by having this guy, because his company will only suffer.
I had a leak in the main line coming into the home. Wednesday morning, called this group, and each my timing petition they scheduled an appt. To get 2:00 that same day with Alex. He showed up right on time, quickly recognized the problem, and gave me two options and estimates how to move. We decided on the way to go, and he said his group would show up between 8 and 9 the next day. Sure enough the group of Jose, Luis and (another) Alex showed up right on time and got to work on which I thought was a fairly significant repair job. They were considerate worked quickly, constantly keeping me informed of what they had been planning, and completed by 2:00 pm! I could not be happier with their support and I highly recommend them!
