Ahead of the 3rd quarter ended, the technician, Ricardo showed up (different technician from time but just as professional as the first) and I managed to give him the last score as he wrote out the invoice in his truck. (And a very reasonable price for weekend support.) Left for vacation punctually. Happy with A-1 AGAIN!

So I agreed to this speed A line was obstructed. Technician told me it wouldn't happen and that the line was cleared and quickly gave me a quote for another job that was $500. 2 days after the line clogged and our home smells like a sewage plant. A call reveals another trip will currently cost $229/hr. No discount for.
Atomic costs $59 to diagnose many other (Tony and Son's) reputable companies cost . Do not get stuck in thier profit building strategy.

We had a plumber from one of the large HVAC companies come out on a Saturday to clean a sink drain. He couldn't do itdidn't have the right snake with him. I told him we needed to get it done although he offered to come back Monday with a supervisor. He had been. Got the drain emptied and made arrangements to come out a couple of days after to install a snare so next time will be easier. Thanks to the HVAC company that is significant for recommending this location! They made a fantastic first impression with me and will be my first call next time.

I have used A-1 several times now this week. The cost is reasonable (cheap even) and the technicians have always been professional and friendly. Chuck was very considerate and helpful this last time out. The phone women seem annoyed but who knows how many calls they get at all hours of individuals in a panic! Bottom line is, my main line got stuck in a timely manner so I call A-1 first.

First, I would like to thank A-1 for restoring my faith that there's still such a thing called Customer Service! My demands were not just listened to, having a tech out at my house within the hour fulfilled them. Justin, the technician who showed up before anticipated (I'll insert ), had a smile on his head ready for to work. Huge Thank You, to the women who worked to find a technician out to my house faster than anticipated... Justin, the technician who showed up in great spirits prepared to work... and of course my invoice being affordable!!!! I highly recommend this company!!!! Customer Service at its Very Best!!!!!!!!!!!

I have dealt with many times this year due to a toilet that keeps flood. The first time that they came out, the technician looked at my toilet, explained,"There's nothing wrong with it," and left. The following day it overflowed again. A technician snaked it came this time out and said it was nice. He told me my children were likely"just taking really big dumps". Exactly the toilet backs up again, and this time water begins seeping through the carpet in an adjacent area. I call again, and this time the technician says there is not anything wrong with the toilet, but we should call a foundation specialist. Again water and the toilet overflows seeps up through the carpet in the room that is next. A1 comes out and the technician bumps into a box that is moving also drops the F bomb. Then he walks into the storage room and states,"There's no toilet in here" (No shit, Sherlock. You're in the wrong room!) . He makes his way into the correct room and we realize that the door was locked out of the inside. No problem, I'll go get the key. The technician becomes mad, says,"We don't do locked doors" He then storms out of my residence. Between lack of skill and poor attitudes, I have not had a single experience with A1. I will find my toilet dilemma to be resolved by someone else.

They came out, our system was backed up due to my mom had wipes. The guy got agitated and did not appear hours and minded. He then said every time I pull on a toilet that is $100
So our bill was over $700! The round yellow stopper he used was installed and was leaking water so another guy returned to fix it and later our bathtub and basin nevertheless went down slow but I never knew this firm was since I dropped the bill. I only found this co months and phoned bank if I used my card to see. Called but the co.. Said us will charge like they never been outside. I don't recommend this kind service price did not fix the problem after charging us over $700 and still is high! Letting $100 to pull at every toilet is robbery and that I hate I hired them. Don't be tricked by the slap testimonials, plus the female seemed rude when I had been trying to tell her issue just now. Never again ! Said I got family to feed or something like that After I was shocked of cost guy. Horrible costly mistake picking them.

Although it took a week to react (Office manager was on holiday ), they responded to my complaint. It impressed me that the issue was followed on by them. After a debate regarding what happened and what should have occurred, we came to an agreement. It is just nice to operate with a business which wishes to finalize the problems before continuing. So I love that. They will be given another chance to do work in my home since two of those three projects were done by me.

Chuck was professional, friendly, and fast! Same-day service. Do not take long to find out someone to my property! Affordable and upfront with price! Would recommend and will call them if I want anyone!

Offer me a second comment and also I phoned out A-1 Sewer to perform a camera inspection on my sewer line regarding replacement.

A-1 recommended doing a proper cleaning with a 3" blade and could get me scheduled another day to have this done.
I'm glad I called out these and just wish I had called them first.
Mike cake out to run the line and no issues were found by also. He also gave me some guidance regarding upkeep vs replacement.

- EXTREME defensiveness that harming two individuals and is threatening the selling of a house. (WILL price seller at $100 unnecessarily, and may cost a few thousand!)
- Took them three trips to provide exactly what should happen to be supplied the very first moment.

Worst customer service over the telephone. Don't anticipate any pleasantries or appreciation to your business. I had been scheduled to get my septic pumped between 3:00 and 10:00. At 1:00 I reached out to see if they had a time since I stayed home for this from work and needed to leave at 3:00. The person on the telephone said they would call when they are on the road. I requested her to find an moment because if it was likely to be right at 3:00 we would have to reschedule. She told me she wouldn't and honestly had been very disagreeable and that I would have to await the telephone. I advised her to cancel my order and I would locate a business with better customer service. She answered,"(in a snotty tone) fine".

We found a drain in our cellar, clearly, a Saturday. We called our regular plumber that clarified that he didn't have the gear. A-1 was advocated by him. Cody soon revealed that the problem was shrub roots, arrived within 30 minutes of our phone and was gone in about 30 minutes! We found the charge reasonable; the tech was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend A-1 and were delighted.

They did a great job fixing our claw foot tub/shower. Us charged half the price which we were quoted by LBA. They will be our move!

I called A1 to repair up a back . They came out and it felt like it was going to be quite a good experience. Well I did a load of laundry and my own drain backed up to my basement. I went to my garage along with the plug ins for the drain turned down 3 feet into the drain, so not able to get, along with my drain open to fly into. I was frustrated but I re grouped called A1 back for them to redeem themselves. The woman who answered the telephone was rude and short, ask if they could send somebody back and I tried to be forgiving now to check at it and recover the drain plug. She explained we will see. I called them back and waited 90 minutes, she said it may not be today and was even ruder. So now I have a back up in my basement without a drain plug. Waiting since I don't want to start over paying with a new plumber, but if it goes I shall go back to my old faithful plumber.
