This is a really professional business. From start to finish, their communication is topnotch. My first call was met with a beneficial scheduler and replies. The plumber showed up on both the visits on time and I had text and email upgrades during the procedure.
This reliability is very valuable to me. The most crucial aspect was the cost quote along with the work. The work is quoted by the job, not the hour. The prices are fair and nothing is completed without pre-authorization. The plumber was coming and informative concerning best and worse case scenarios. The job was performed in a timely and affordable fashion. The plumber who completed my support was very useful, thorough, dependable and professional.

These folks are on my speed dial. A plastic valve in a PVC lineup on the patio broke and started spraying water yesterday, and Ben was here within an hour. He explained me all the choices clearly, quoted affordable prices, did great clean work, and didn't mind me watching and learning. (I know I've called them several times previously, but I really don't recall those details- just that they're worth calling again!)

I had to since Ben Thomas is terrific, although I don't generally do reviews. As a engineer who has done a great deal of contracting, I've worked with a great deal of pipes and plumbing companies. Hands down, Affordable Plumbing would be the best in every regard. Give a raise to Ben, he is the only plumber that I need working on my projects.

I had a link installed for my natural gas bbq. They called me and were available once I needed them, to perform the job. Curtis was fast and did a great job. Their fee was reasonable. I will use these guys again and highly recommend them!

I have used Affordable Plumbing three occasions now and would never call anyone else! They're easy to schedule, send a confirmation email/text let you know when someone is on the way. The first time more work than was quoted (pipes concealed in the walls) and the technician was more than pleased to put in extra time to actually handle the issue. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone!

Don took great care of me. I needed a fast plumbing inspection on a home that we purchased and he managed to schedule a tech to come out in a day. Cost was reasonable.

In regards to scheduling an appointment, Ron was great. He managed to work around my schedule, and get it setup. Curtis was the tech who came on site. He did an wonderful job. I have a septic tank program, and he was really careful. Everything works perfectly. Their prices were affordable and honest. Affordable Plumbing sent out Ben from December to update a couple of items on a older home I had recently bought (new shower knobs, metal angle ceases, hose bibbs, metal lines into the washing machine, etc.). The job was exactly what I was looking for.
However, over time my shower knobs started getting loose and last weekend one came from the wall. I had never noticed that before, but I called the company back on Monday and they shipped Ben (same as before) here on Friday to correct the shower knobs (free of charge). He got a replacement from his truck, and showed me how a plastic piece had broken. They are good as new, and I enjoy taking a shower .

Good plumber! Friendly and informative on the phone, showed up when they said they would. Did good work and we plan on employing them in the future.

Ben Thomas got authorization to execute the fix, which he took care of and immediately assessed the issue, got on the phone with the Home Warranty Company and came. Affordable plumbing was to my home a few principal line. Replace the water heater and then fix leaking taps. I have always been pleased with the workers attitudes and their work. Customer service is their is who I call for my plumbing requirements

On time arrival and fixed fast. Guarantee covered it as guarantee was hoping to say not covered. When I had been charged incorrectly Ron apologized and looked it up and corrected it straight away. Good job and very happy with this Organization
