I am guess it will last until 2044 and very happy. However, that old hot water tank won't. 2044. Let that sink in friends...
They came on time. Worked all day diligently and cleaned up properly. After a day everything was clarified by them.
Now, for the second time in a quarter-century, I had my HVAC. A Trane system this moment. Again, my expectations were exceeded by them.
They quoted me $800 for a 3 hour job. Including parts, it was approximately $250 an hour a sensible quantity. Then, in addition to that, they billed me $95 just to have told this crap. I am not giving a 5 star review for it. Total rip off!
Only found out just how little I got for my . Didn't do a thing to rectify any of my customer concerns. No contact. Goes to show the customer means to them. FSM would have taken good care of everything. Should have gone together.
Since our shower wasn't working technician came out. He'd attempt to see whether it could be got by his provider, although he claimed the problem was a busted valve that was unique. Yes... $1,300 - to replace a valve. When I pried to the price was really high (no detail had been granted )I was told that the part was a few hundred bucks and the extra cash was"since they must keep the trucks running".
PS... within two minutes of Googling following the technician left, I found that"infrequent" valve (that we didn't even desire ) is in-stock and readily available at Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon, and elsewhere on line for no more than $208.
I got another opinion, and not only was the company fixed the shower .
Scam artists! Beware...
Not certain if this business only preys on all clients or women, but I am shocked and appalled at the whole experience. I can't believe I paid a service call fee to be fed determined by this business that is unethical.
Lots of surveys and advertising. . I had to pay $65 to get a 20 minute quotation for 1.5 hours for future use below $150 in substance. They wanted more than 1700. Crazy. Try a organization.
Extremely deceptive!! These guys are crooks with their fees!! They make the most of senior citizens without any reluctance. BEWARE!!
For the third issue, my toilet needed a fresh flush valve ($30 at HD), he said he would be pleased to repair it would cost $800. And, he left water all over my bathroom floor after I informed him it leaked if he started the water....oh well. . .he didnt asked ME to put down a towel and bother to clean it up. Off he went. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
This was the worst service. Waited a wk for these to arrive. When they did, it became evident that they like to replace, not repair.
My faucet: he wouldnt touch b/c he said it had been from Home Depot, however, he would gladly replace the whole thing (it had a little leak - prob needed a washer). He asked me for a coat hanger to take care of a drain issue and came without tools.
Simply speaking, the reviews at Google didn't lie! AJ D.'s business philosophy is exceptional, and I will certainly call them at an event I need plumbing help!
(3) resolving money issue Caused by incorrect trouble shooting (some work was done but the problem turned out to be different)
With all these companies looking for a brief term profit and putting less emphasis on customers, not performing a ideal thing, the interaction with AJ D.'s lead technology (Jeremy) was refreshing!
I was having a sump pump drain issue at outside my home (water shooting up in the air... was mad...). Since I needed immediate help and my regular plumber was not accessible, I've decided to provide AJ Danboise a telephone based on reviews on Google.
The water drain problem ended up being too large for AJ D. to correct, and I needed to go with another contractor referred by them m. But the way that they confronted and solved difficult situation was something other companies should learn from.
(2) the way service person represented himself and clarified the issues I was visiting,
(1) the manner customer service replied and arranged my telephone to place appt.
I called AJ Danboise to repair a minor gas flow. The flow place was already identified by Consumer's energy. The tech gave a quote of $600, also arrived. I thought this is a repair that was complex, and approved the work. Nevertheless he did not even mention the parts he used, and ended the work in 15 mins. When I called AJ Danboise for excuse, they stated that they charge a flat fee for the repair. I felt off RIPPED.
STAY AWAY! I had a problem with my. There came A tech to my house and it felt sales right from the start. He tried to tell me that I had a new furnace and a/c unit also gave me a price that was far more than I knew it ought to be. All I needed to do at that point was persuade him to depart. Didn't fix anything, but I was out of exactly what it cost for him to just appear. I contacted he was able to repair it for under $100 and a heating and heating man that deals with the firm I work for, he replaced a component. He also inspected both my a/c unit along with my furnace and told me there is a good deal of life. I can't believe this company is in company. I have read a great deal of reviews to beware if you are a woman, and I agree!
When I predicted AJdanboise and clarified the situation I got what can only be called a"hustle." The woman who answered wanted me to commit to a scheduled appointment to have the job done about what I'd be spending, with no up idea and refused to provide any kind of cost quote.
So I hung up the telephone and kept looking. I am dumb, but I am not stupid.
I do not work that way. I'd prefer a rough idea about what I am getting into before I get some whopping big bill...I bet you are feeling the same way.
My child is having a baby . He has one child and Considering that the house just has 3 bedrooms, Granny and Gramps are evicted. So in order to plug in our 5th wheel trailer therefore we have our bedroom, we are in need of a receptacle on the exterior of the home.

After posting the mentioned I had been contacted from the AJ Danboise business. They gave a good explanation of the policies. My guidance to them is to work together with the person I spoke with on the telephone when I first called in....had she clarified what they did in their answer to my Yelp inspection, this would have gone a different way maybe. I called another company and they are going to the home and giving me a quote today Since it is.
I was quite happy with the service.
I called on Friday. The receptionist was very friendly and appeared concerned about my requirements. I was called by A tech shortly afterwards, and they were at my door in less than 2 hours. That's really great service. The tech didn't try to over sell, but addressed paths that I could take.
Frank K. did a fantastic job, thanks!
A number of our homeowners (24 total) have used A J Danboise to get a wide range of services over the previous four years.
We have been impressed by pricing and their reaction time. Our clients have been helped by them and we would recommend them.
Trickery!!! I wouldn't write a scathing review. But I was so disgusted I had to. He composed that he replaced parts as well
I asked him what he had been talking about. Mind you that the numbers that I read before are currently in red. End it states that is the savings I'd have saved if I'd combined their dumb club.
The $95 was not deducted everywhere. I had been forced to pay it. As I'd signed to do the refill beneath their tactic.
Manager refund of $500. Stating the tech"materialistic things incorrect". A.k.a. trickery.
The tech arrived, looked in the basement in my device and went out to the AC unit.
Should be ashamed. Of course it was the week nonetheless. I called AJ D. The only positive was someone. Trust me, that has been the sole favorable. My compressor was on and running but no air came out.
Got an email statement to know what they were doing was trickery. And incorrect.
They do not provide some paperwork to you whatsoever so that you have nothing.
Unreal. Have NEVER had problems in the past.
Total of possibly 10 minutes. Told me a whole was but he did not know where and it needed our 22 refrigerant. He showed me an iPad with three choices. #two being add R22 & some sealant was no guarantee it would seal (I do not even think there was a flow to begin with). With the price numbers in black. They charge $95 to walk from the door. That is applied to your fix if you do it then. He comes in five minutes later stating he done and goes back out. And did I wish to join their club blah blah blah. And the total is $1105!!
So beware. I know they have numerous facets-plumbing etc.. As a whole they could be OK.
2.5 months afterwards. . .anticipating 94 this weekend my a/C is precisely as it was before them coming out!!
Everyone was really friendly that I dealt with at AJ Danboise. They were able to come out to my home and diagnose my own AC issue the exact same afternoon, which was after a vacation weekend. If I was in more of a crisis situation, I'd have hired this business, but I was able to find a different quote. Disclosure, AJ Danboise lent me $1,200-$. I had the exact same work. Their cost was clearly extremely significant, although they identified the issue.
Response time was fantastic. And the service tech, Jacob, was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I will certainly use this company again.
We called in AJ Danboise for a last minute job and they were very professional and helpful! The electrician they delivered to our facility was very polite and he cleaned up after himself. We were pleased with the work done!
These men are the best. We have relied upon them for years as we have experienced troubles and have old plumbing in the house. Now, Jacob (very nice guy... very professional) came to help with a clog in the bathtub. He solved the matter immediately (the deal to get the drain stopper was jiggly and the stopper was not completely open) and he realigned it at no charge and was performed in a flash. Would highly recommend these men.
Although Andrew the Tech manager was professional, educated, really nice and seasoned, the cost of a brand new 2 1/2 ton AC"high efficiency" unit with financing was 4600! Over a million dollars of the opponents from the area. The cost for a high efficacy was over $4000 with financing and their non financing options began at $3600 They are over $700-then their opponents. I couldn't feel the gouging in cost. Good staff but dreadful way to do business!!
