Very honest and professional company. The owner, Mark, is very patient and knowledgeable and he took the time to describe exactly what the problems were with my own furnace/water heater, though I'm sure my occupation was"small potatoes" compared to a number of the larger projects they likely handle. Mark and his technicians were always on time and very thorough. I would not hesitate to use them and am satisfied with my experience with this company
We had a terrible experience with this company. We had them out to support our furnace on 12/18. We called the company that night after managing the noise. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. After two calls, he consented to send a service tech out . He delivered the same person out. So she looked in the furnace and this time, hassled my husband since he didn't wish to cover a $600 part that was causing the noise. After that visit, I called and requested to talk to a owner of the business. Again, the guy taking calls has been extremely rude and condescending. He told me that he would"leave a little note" since my message wasn't important. This has been 12/19. Now is 12/28 and I've yet to receive a call back. He instantly found the issue when our furnace opened up. The tech in Diversified H & C had put part on backwards and stripped a screw that was holding it. He installed the item properly and replaced the screw and the noise stopped.
Had we trusted the tech in Diversified H & C, we would be for substituting. I know that is the mindset I had trying to get this and that people make mistakes but we had been treated by their customer service rep and their support tech. We would never suggest this enterprise.
I've a steam boiler rather than a great deal of companies have expertise or the staff . I went through three businesses before finally finding the experience that I had to work on our platform. I have been a for two years now and have been quite satisfied with the service and intend to use our system to be upgraded by these . They may not be the business but you get whatever you pay for.
