With almost 30 years in the plumbing business, proprietor William"Buddy" Roboski, Jr. began his career apprenticing for his grandfather's plumbing company in Mississippi. After he moved to Florida he received his Master's Permit and began his own company with himself and a single truck. He has a staff of licensed master plumbers and journeyman plumbers and service vehicles, using an average of 20 years' experience each to meet all your plumbing needs- Residential or Commercial.

My husband and I arrived home from work to locate our master bathroom flooring completely flooded. Obviously it was too late to call anyone so that we shut off water into the home. I won't ever call another plumbing company. I had a huge plumbing crisis and a technician was sent by them straight away. I was not charged extra for this either. Anthony came back to complete fixing of the damage. He remained for hours and helped in so many ways. He saved us . When it comes to customer service, About Plumbing is one of the very best and set up the standard!
This place just wasted cash and my time. . Was quoted $350 to allow them to devote a new bathtub faucet when the plumber arrived he told me. I showed him what I purchased to install and he tells me I need to find something else because the brand I purchased is cheaper and he's not comfortable installing what I got. When I called to get a quotation that they told me what to buy and told me they'd set up what I buy. I inform and he says so I said well put this in then, he can't wait since I don't have time and he refused to install and left! I called 10 days before someone. They tell me he can't install it since it's not a product that they can stand behind. I explained when I called nobody specified what brand I wanted so I purchased the cheapest thing. I said I need this done today and they said that they can't reschedule me til! I can have running water! They don't even deserve 1 star.
Joe and called came right out to fix our plumbing issues. Very professional and easy to speak with. I'll certainly use this company again when needed if they want a plumber and will refer friends. Great work Joe! Thank you so much!
