They came to my home and did the work on a water pipe without any authorization. They needed $400 to replace a section of aluminum pipe and I said since you didn't have my authorization to perform the work I would pay $200. They undid what they fixed in the worst possible manner according to. They made it difficult for another guy to get out the pipe and cut off a part that is larger at the pump matching and they broke the end!
Anyways I made it repaired for $250 by pristine Plumbing inc. would have been cheaper if it wasn't for their unprofessional actions. Very disappointed with those men's ethical fabric, especially that they may have claimed the pump needed replacement and billed over $1000!! and are an honest company
For not being a crook you do not get a decoration! And you get a bad review once you leave things worst than you found them.

I'm not delighted with the high cost charge of $95 for your water faucet shut off $75 and valve for your hose bibb. Both can be easily altered within 10 - 20 minutes and they billed us a total of 170. In my opinion the company is very pricey for only part replacements.

All-Star Plumbing delivered yet another job. A sink replaced inside my thirty-year-old home. Last time demanded new wall fittings and my father and I botched the job. Mike tightened the spigot from the yard and took care of the entire item. More five-star work from All-Star Plumbing. They should change their title. I am just saying.

Old home, built in 1925, shower enclosure at the combo could not get water. Asked to get a quote out of ALL STAR. Mike came out and gave me a very reasonable quote, required a day to detect the valve but worked to come back out and finish this up. I will recommend ALL STAR PLUMBING to everyone I know who wants some pipes help! Customer support with a reasonable cost!

Our Water Heater Moved out and Had to be replaced and All-Star Plumbing came out. Fast superb service was provided by them and we can not be more happy. We called several areas and All-Star Plumbing supplied the lowest prices. Would recommend them to friends and loved ones.

Mike was on time and on prompt and personable. He was educated in fixing both a flow in also an problem and our pipes with our chimney. Mike was also considerate in describing the issue and implementing the solution. Pricing was fair and he clarified the costs involved. All-Star is recommended by me.

Absolutely awesome job! We had the valves for painters painting and our machine break in our home that day. We were able to schedule someone to come out and replace the valves. Their price was correct and their employee was terrific. We'd certainly use them again.

Fantastic Firm John stopped by on time and got to work quickly. I needed a pro to repair it and got stuck on a fix. Waited per day for the fix but well worth the wait. Quick, sterile and at a price that is excellent in comparison with the other quotes I got.

Allstar was my second quotation. John is so personable and knowledgeable. He updated it to code plus pressure regulator and ball valve for exactly what the company needed for water heater alone and installed new water heater.

Called another local plumber that gave me an estimate, but would not return my calls to establish a date to work (flake!) . John of All Star Plumbing came punctually returned our calls, provided a comprehensive breakdown of costs, charges a fair price, and does outstanding work. John works quickly, and is a tough worker, keeps the place clean, but does not cut corners. We will definitely use him again. Great plumber!

It's been about a month since John and his company came to the rescue. I'm currently renting and we have ALWAYS. It got so bad that the proprietor spent roughly $30K on repairs. The ceiling in our bathroom downstairs came . The floor by the tub upstairs in the master bedroom started to cave in. And ALL three of the bathrooms had escapes. The pipes could get clogged and not one of the bathrooms would work, and the guest toilet downstairs would flood. The tub would fill up with the shit in the pipes and, NOTHING worked. We do laundry, couldn't shower and use the restroom or the tub would overflow from the pipes. We told the landlord no one was sent by them and we were having issues with the pipes, or they would send somebody to do a quick and cheap fix. Eventually the problem contributed to those difficulties and got worse. Now when they invested the $30K, it was still a quick and cheap job. It is possible to tell in the remodeling that it was done poorly. But they had to do something. Not even a year later, we're having the very same issues with the pipes. Everything could get backed up along with the toilet tub downstairs could float with shit and water. Literally. It happened last month and not getting a reply from my spouse, I called All Star Plumbing. The woman who answered the phone was nice. I explained to her that I had it fixed ASAP and she managed the call and issue. She told me she'd have someone in half an hour to an hour. John was at my doorway. I have a 5 month old, and I'm in the middle of cleaning and cooking. Time is of the essence. He figured out what had to be achieved, goes straight to the issue, comes and was real. He offered me a few different options, the cheap path (could last a couple of months to a year), the logical path (could last a couple of years and wasn't too expensive ), along with the fix route that was definitely out of my funding. I simply wanted it fixed for today. I'm renting. It is not my property. But I really don't need my tub filled with shit since my landlord would not help me. I picked the repair and John didn't try to up-sell me at all. He wasn't a salesman, so he was a plumber genuinely hoping to fix my issue. He dug out some. Definitely a fantastic choice and I'm glad I discovered them. So they are able to do the mend I'll be calling them again. I will not be moving to some other plumbing firm.

All Star Plumbing is the ONLY company I will ever call. John (the owner) was punctually, honest and did an wonderful job. Really nice and knowledge. This company is definitely the best plumbing service at the Inland Empire!!!

We had a problem with our toilet not flushing so we called All-Star Plumbing. John came out right away. Very knowledgeable, excellent customer service, friendly and the price was undoubtedly better than anybody around. John repaired it and found the problem right away. Let me add this thought that is final, of phoning around for second opinions throughout the course, one plumber I contacted who was highly rated and headquartered in Long Beach. John is going to treat you.
With my parents in their late eighties and early nineties, it's my duty as the eldest son to make sure that they get their house preserved for a price that is reasonable and well. My parents had a serious plumbing issue that their plumber, after review, volunteered to get an price. Change the connection and totally they wanted to dig up the backyard. I thought this was a bit out of line, therefore I consulted Yelp to get another opinion and found All Star plumbing's assistance. After two visits John found the issues and they responded and it was taken care of for the prior company's purchase price --and they were truthful every step along the way. There was no price gouging, and everything was explained thoroughly installing a bathroom faucet that my father had already purchased. Star scrutinized it and believed it would be just nice, although many technicians would balk at that and insist that they put in their faucet.
A recommendation by a competitor. You can not get better than that.

Called 4-5 pipes and just All Star managed to do. John got to my hs over 30 min from me phoning and the work came out amazing and he did a job. Also, decent price taking under consideration the quick response.
